Booked a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of space. Full size fridge and microwave, table and chairs plus a fairly comfortable couch. There are no kitchen utensils/cups/plates or coffee maker provided, we knew this and brought our own. Towels provided along with soap/shampoo/conditioner. This is a college dorm during the school year so it is basic accommodation. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, front desk staff as great. You do have to pay an additional $5 a day for parking and the lot is a bit of a walk from the building which may not suit someone with mobility issues.

Abhishek at the front desk with his supervisor was doing a great job. Alot of traffic and he keeps his smile and helpful look. Well done to him (his supervisor also needs special applause)

Nice clean room space
Nice clean room in college residence building. Decent space and facility. Bed was little smaller for 2 people / a couple but it was good overall. In a big room, there were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It would have been bit difficult if all 4 beds were occupied by different people, fortunately not in our case

Perfect location for events at Fanshawe College. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. I’m very happy with my stay here.
