The front entry was run down, there where sketchy people around. The rooms and building smelled and it was a way from downtown.

I had to go to Windsor, so I made a reservation, but when I found out that the hotel address was in London, I made a request online and by phone in 1 minute, but was told that I could not cancel, so I had no choice but to stay at this hotel in London and go to Windsor at 4 a.m. This is a bitter memory. It was my fault, but I cannot give a good review to a place that cannot cancel a reservation made by mistake within 1 minute.

The bedding is not clean, there is a coffee machine ☕️ to use, the toiletries are made in China, it is not as good as a small hotel in China

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!! Sooo dirty and filthy, beds smelt of pee!! Rugs were damp!! We asked for another room, front desk said they were booked!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! for the amount you pay, its disgusting!!!

Very bad hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! Room smells like *****. Beds are very bad. bed sheet and pillow case etc. very dirty with stains on it and you could not be able to sleep on it. All rooms pretty much bad shape. Room is not cleaned and so much dust and bugs. Noises were loud. It is waste of your money. This is just a black mark for the Travel Lodge Wyndham Garden hotel in London and it will be an embarrassment for the other Wyndham Garden hotel chains across Canada. Hope some hire up manager or director should visit the hotel and shut down the operation there in London. Very disappointed about my stay and I would never stay there again and if anyone looking to book the hotel there, please don't book it or you will learn your lesson like me.
