Location was perfect, right in the middle of market, everything was nearby. Food was good, amenities could have been better service was excellent. Few housekeeping things needs to be fixed like there were insects in the balcony, fan was making noice, games in the play area needs maintenance. Overall 2 days stay was good with family. We had a good time

Good property with excellent hospitality, delicious food with working team service obedient. One drawback is lack of orientation there is no exhaust fan in washroom. Bake sab kuch acch hai

Room was neat and tidy but the resort doesn't offer you privacy, because there will be a conference in which more than 50 will be there and doesn't offer anything entertainment for us, no addressing, very average amd no value for the money

The property is conveniently located in the middle of the town, on the main road, with ample options to eat around. Lonavala lake, narayani dham and mapro garden are within 15 mins drive away. We went as a family ***** with a child. The staff was courteous and promptly fulfilled in room requests even at max occupancy. Their was a magic show and a dj night arranged as well for entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. You won't get much natural views from the rooms due to the location but the rest of the services will definitely make up for it.

Cleanliness ok not so wow experience corners of the room were dirty. I had taken an all inclusive package and had to wait long for rotis when having both lunch and dinner, food was also very average. Not so friendly staff.

Good staff as they were very polite and humble. The hotel has good connectivity from main road. The service was slow because of rains and that is understandable. The property old but maintained would request to the management to upgrade rooms and also the play area as it is quite old. The rooms were neat and clean.
