The stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

We recently celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday at Regenta SGS, and the experience was wonderful. Mr. Shamayk coordinated everything perfectly, ensuring that all arrangements were seamless. Ms. Muskan welcomed us warmly and served us delicious food with a kind and gentle attitude, always with a smile. Thank you once again, Shamayk and Muskan, for the excellent hospitality. We look forward to visiting again!

Mineral water is not available in the room if not asked for. Instead filtered water is kept in a glass jug which is not even washed properly. In the swimming pool the water wash was not temperature controlled (controller was under maintenance during peak hours on sunday) despite the water being freezing cold.

After conducting research, I selected (Regenta). I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit (Hotel Name) once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

Clean and spacious room, courteous staff, wide spread yummy breakfast, a small game zone, cool swimming pool (though we dint use it), very close to the main market, railway station and other worth-visiting places of Lonavala. Nice n sweet place to stay with family.

HI, I recently booked 02 Rooms for my Director’s family members in Regenta Lonavala on 3rd Nov for 01 Night Stay. They had a lovely experience at the resort, starting from the ambience, cleanliness, staff behavior and services, everything were Excellent. Room interior was awesome, washroom was clean and hygienic. Food was awesome, very tasty. We highly recommended Regenta Lonavals for a perfect family trip. Special Thanks to Mr.Pankaj [GM] who helped us a lot on last moment booking, arrange everything perfectly. Excellent Support seriously.
