Pathetic
Firsty the room we booked were in very baf condition curtains and bedsheets were dirty and torned
We changed the rooms to 3 bhk cottage at same price it was better looking and cleaner than family rooms
After check in we realised that ac was not functionel and door locks were not working even bathroom door could not be licked from inside , taps were broken and not working properly
Also food that we got in room was so cold that butter chapati had frozen butter clearly visible on it even tea was cold
Although breakfast had fewer options but it was comparable better
In all location of hotel good make is old and goob but maintenance was pathetic
Paid 10000 for 1 night for 3bhk cottage but it was not even worth 3000-4000 per night

😊Nice stay excellent service all staff are good specially vaishali she is very helpful and food taste is also fantastic......we will visit again 😁 thankyou so much for make a wonderful stay......will recommend to all this is the best for family group.

Tv was not working. No intercom. No one available to provide drinking water. No handwash available in bathroom. Horrible experience

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of helsinki as well as to the train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night before continuing on to other parts of finland"

Good friendly staff Very helpful and Prompt service.Budget friendly resort.Parking should be little more spacious and little cleanliness is required. Atmosphere is good and swimming pool of is clean and tidy. My son liked the garden and play area.

The property was located near to railway station which was a good point
the food was ok
the service was very slow we have to say things a few times to get done
the pool was good other than that other amenities like games were not in service
there were no telephone in rooms to communicate directly there was a clear mention that the resort will provide wi-fi but it was not working at all. Overall okish i would say according to the price.
