The truth is that I could not complain, the owner Ana, was very kind. The room has 2 beds, 1 wardrobe, 2 nightstands, and a mirror. The air does not run for the summer the truth is that at least one fan I do not know. The bathroom is shared but clean. Terrace wonderful views

Fantastic roof terrace for breakfasts and dinners.
2 well-equipped kitchens, 4 average bathrooms for 12 rooms, so there can be a little congestion in the morning. The road is a bit noisy with buses in the front-facing rooms. Parking can be arranged about a hundred meters away, although there are 4 parking lots in front of the house, which are usually occupied. The port and attractions are a 10-minute walk away. Good value for money.

This place is a little gem ,superb location for buses and local shops etc , superb value , brilliant roof terrace , if this isn’t the best value for money in Gran Canaria then I don’t know what is .

Dejligt ophold - småting kan forbedres
Det var rigtig fint at være på Pension Eva som solo. Så mange hyggelige mennesker at tale og udveksle med. Jeg var især vild med tagterrassen og udsigten derfra. Generelt var stedet rent, men brusekabinen blev desværre sjældent rengjort, hvilken jeg ikke synes er i orden når vi deler badeværelse. Belysningen i værelserne er meget kold - det ville hjælpe med varmere lyspærer. Der er ret lydt, så det var generne at folk så film på deres værelser med høj lyd. Det kunne let afhjælpes ved at man lyttet med headset i stedet.
