Good afternoon, the hotel facilities are excellent, the staff's attention is very good, it would only be good if the rooms for disabled people in wheelchairs had a larger shower area and had plastic chairs with armrests since not all disabled people can stand, otherwise excellent

Excellent service, friendliness, cleanliness, cozy room, clean sheets and towels, the food was also very good, we only had breakfast. Acceptable costs. In general everything was very pleasant, if you are looking for a place to rest I recommend it, no "strange" noises were heard, I felt in a safe, hospitable and reliable place. If I were to look for something bad, it would perhaps be the bad reputation of the park, but that would be because of the location. I stayed for 3 nights and I am very grateful for the attention received. It is my honest opinion.

Hotel Carrion is very welcoming, and the staff are very accommodating. The location is ideal; across the street from Simon Bolivar Park, near shopping, restaurants, and museums. The sleeping rooms at the hotel were clean and comfortable. The restaurant served very tasty and reasonably priced food. We would definitely return to Hotel Carrion for a future visit.

I cannot express how much I loved my stay at the Hotel Carrión! From its perfectly convenient location to the mouthwatering tastes at their restaurant, Cocinarte, as well as their clean and comfortable rooms + beds — I’d go back in a heartbeat. The friendly staff is available for anything you may need. Traveling abroad (I’m from the US), I often worry about staying in a clean and safe hotel while not spending all of my money there, so this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Not to mention this is a family-owned and ran establishment, giving it that extra homey touch when you hear their stories.
