Excellent customer service. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and wasn't fastened down. Also, usb ports would be nice, and breakfast to start earlier on Saturday. Overall, it was great, just a couple minor inconveniences.

The room is large and has a small independent living room. Convenient transportation. There are Subway, Walmart supermarket and many shopping malls about 100 meters away.

We had our dogs, but there is no dedicated outdoor space for pets. The room needs updating. Good enough for what we needed and was close to in town amenities.

Everything about our stay was terrific. Staff was very friendly and welcoming which was especially nice after the day I'd had. Quick in was quick and easy with no unnecessary paperwork. The room was clean, very spacious, and the bed was amount the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Being treated by the beautiful views of the mountains in the morning was just icing on the cake. Great property here. No worries. Thank you Xander for your excellent customer service.

When I checked in it seemed to be bright and clean. Went to the room and the AC didn't work it was 83 degrees in the room. I went to the front desk and was given another room. When this hotel was remodeled it was a poor job. Floor squeaked cranks, in the wall, elevator was super slow for 3 floors. Just take the stairs! The breakfast was not much choices and coffee was not the best of coffee. The room was clean which was huge!
