Excellent customer service. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and wasn't fastened down. Also, usb ports would be nice, and breakfast to start earlier on Saturday. Overall, it was great, just a couple minor inconveniences.

Our stay began with some challenges. Upon arriving in our room, we turned on the air conditioning with the hope of relaxing, but the temperature never dropped below 78°F. Since there was no maintenance staff on-site, we had to switch rooms. The next day, before leaving the room, I placed the "Maid Service Please" sign on the door and also spoke directly with a housekeeper. She informed me that our room was not scheduled for cleaning until the following day, but she assured me she would return later to provide fresh towels and empty the trash. When we returned that afternoon, only the towels had been delivered. The following morning, we again left the “Maid Service Please” sign on the door. However, when we returned later in the day, no housekeeping had been performed. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was told the housekeeping staff had seen a “Do Not Disturb” sign. I clarified that the sign was clearly set to “Maid Service.” I also inquired about the lack of service the previous day and was informed that housekeeping for extended stays is only provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Furthermore, I was told that the housekeeping staff does not read English, and if a sign is on the door, they assume it indicates "Do Not Disturb." None of this information was communicated during check-in or at the time of reservation. Lastly, I raised a concern about how guests are supposed to know that the staff cannot read English and may misinterpret signage. Clear communication regarding these policies and limitations would have helped manage expectations and avoid frustration during our stay.

Good for the price I assume...?

Room 303stunk so bad of mildew and staleness. Drapes have holes in them and are stained. The A/c filter needs to be changed. Carpets are dirty and stink! Box spring mattress cover is stained and torn. Left window open all night on a very cold night. Sofa is stained and stinks Noisy street outside and noisy people in the hallways til early hours of the morning. Not a hotel I would recommend!!!

Bad customer service Very noisy fan in bathroom could not turn on light on bathroom because of the fan noise called front desk three times no one showed up to fix problem also requested extra toiletries and room service three times and no one showed up
