The Anniversary Inn - Logan

This was such a sad experience. The rating online is just not true. Themed rooms are a great idea, but these are old, not kept up, and the breakfast food is not good. We stayed in African Safari. The faux plants, railing and lights were dusty, and two were missing. The mini fridge door wouldn’t close. In the day these were probably really nice, now they are old, the staff consists of one young girl on different shifts that seems to have to do everything. They try but fall short. Good luck on trying to get them to answer the phone. These rooms are definitely not worth the money at all.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Anniversary Inn for nearly 13 years. Recently, we booked a room through their Black Friday deal, but soon realized we couldn't make it. When we called the Logan location to reschedule, we were informed that changing our date or receiving a refund was not an option. After trying to reach out again, I found their phone service was down. I then contacted the Boise location, and they were able to help us move our reservation. Unfortunately, our babysitter experienced a medical emergency and can no longer watch our kids. The response from Anniversary Inn was disappointing; they essentially told us we were out of luck. While they did mention we could cancel our reservation so they could rebook the room, they offered no discounts or refunds. As a result, we have decided not to return. If you're looking for alternatives, I highly recommend Destination Inn in Idaho Falls or Black Swan Inn in Pocatello. Both are locally owned businesses that truly value their customers.

A little outdated but very comfortable ! Parking was close to door, breakfast served at our door . Which was a surprise! Only thing is there were 2 nails protruding on front of bed frame that could have caused a big scratch . I have told front desk about it and they will look into it .

Stay Away!!!!! No Air Conditioning! I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Worst experience I have ever had. There was NO air conditioning. We ended up leaving at 1am because it was up to 74 degrees in the room. The after hours phone number was DISCONNECTED. The fan in the room was super loud. The bed was hard. There were no extra pillows. And what was their response? We're really sorry. That's it.

Hostess was very sweet and attentive to my needs and crazy purchases and questions. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back. Thank you

We were not sure what to expect. This room is like no other place. The experience makes you think that you have gone to another dimension. There were no windows which adds to the (good) isolation from the outside world. Our room had 20+ foot ceilings and the entire room was painted to look like an outdoor setting, which is totally our jam. They served breakfast at our room! It was delicious. Staff is friendly.
