飯店位置在民居對面，可以聽到對面住戶談話聲音。房間寬敞提供膠囊咖啡，床頭還有好吃的HARIBO小熊軟糖，附近有超市可以買飲用水和水果，房價雖然有點高我們還能接受。

Used when going to the Christmas market in Cologne. It was a short walk from the station. The person at the front desk was kind. There was Haribo service.

The location looks like a suburban area. Not far away to the train station, but inconvenient to any major attraction. Very small room will old facility. The toilet and shower are in different units which makes each of them extremely small and inconvenient. The bed is very old: a lot of noise when sitting on the bed. The front desk staffs are not friendly: we (three families) arrived in around noon but were unable to check-in: we were simply told that the check-in time is 3:00pm and we needed to wait. We requested to have 1 of our 3 rooms first for storing our luggage, but were not allowed. We went out to have lunch and came back at 2:50pm. But we were still unable to check in. The check in opened exactly at 3:00pm with many people waiting in the lines. Obviously they have rooms available but refused to provide any flexibility/convenience to the customers. Besides, the staffs' attitudes are very cold.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center. The room is large, very clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff is very friendly. You can reserve parking in advance, which is cheaper than on site.

Bereits das Einchecken hat uns stutzig gemacht. Wir waren an dritter Stelle in der Schlange an der Rezeption und mussten 18 Minuten warten. Der gesamte Ablauf war sehr umständlich. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein oder andere wurde wohl mal notdürftig renoviert. Ich wusste nicht, dass es noch Teppich gibt. Eher unappetitlich. Dem Zimmer riecht man deutlich an, dass es jahrelang Raucherzimmer gewesen sein muss, obwohl das Hotel inzwischen ein Nichtraucherjaus ist. Das Bett hat eine Besucherritze, das gesamte Konstrukt erinnert eher an ein Leichtbauschiff, dass bei geringem Wellengang auseinander schwimmt. Das Frühstück war ok, es schien aber nicht möglich zu sein, einen Radio-Sender einzustellen. Es rauscht und quietscht in einer Tour in atemberaubender Lautstärke. Und das für einen stolzen Preis von über 200€ die Nacht? Nee, echt nicht.
