Booking the room, I called the direct number but was sent to Wyndham’s phone line. I asked some questions about the motel and the area and “Brad” was evasive. I specifically asked him if he was at this particular inn and he stated yes. Brad was more agitated with follow-up questions. I asked the front desk clerk on arrival and she related there was no “Brad” that worked there. This inn has 42 or 44 rooms depending on the listing. If you can find the entryway on the first try you are a lucky person. Parking is tight. Arrived at 8:00 p.m. with the reservation had to search out the front desk clerk. The amenities are as stated but the brochure does not project the more dim atmosphere of the inn. This is not a Ramada as most travelers have experienced in the past. Brochure describes a “complimentary deluxe continental breakfast”. I would beg to differ and could not find any waffles or eggs. I would rate my stay as average for a budget inn and definitely a below average for the old style Ramada.

Enjoyed my stay at Ramada by Wyndam Locust Grove. Conveniently located in a shopping district. Right across from Tanger Outlet. Room was clean, quite, and comfortable bed & plenty of pillows. Had a blackout shade. Continental breakfast included a waffle maker. There's a laundry facility, small fitness center and a pool. Located near so many dining options.

This property was not as advertised it is a old ran down motel with the Ramada name plastered on it. Rooms were not cleaned at all, towels were old rags and the rooms smelled really bad. Had to be moved because the smell was unbearable.had to go get cleaning supplies because the toilets were filthy.I would not recommend this property for a family or decent people. I was so disgusted.
