Abbiamo cenato presso questa struttura. Masseria davvero curata . Lo spazio dedicato al ristorante si affaccia su vigneti e ulivi. Servizio molto attento e disponibile. Piatti ben presentati e molto gustosi .

I am lucky enough to be visiting the stunning resort at the moment (on day 3) and I cannot say enough positive things! First of all the photos do it no justice, it’s is so stunning in person and the grounds are perfectly manicured We got the Triulli Room (1) and it is an actual dreamy space with a private hot tub outside and a luxurious and so comfortable bed What really sets this hotel apart though are the staff. Every single person our group of friends has encountered has been amazing. Ilaria at the pool, Karen at the front desk and Flavio In the dinning room especially have been stand outs, but everyone truly has been exceptional Highly HIGHLY recommend this resort if you are looking for a stunning countryside stay in Puglia

Bellissima masseria in una posizione strategica da dove in pochi minuti si raggiunge tutti i paesi tipici della zona..curata nei minimi particolari, ha un sapore vero le camere sono spaziose e la zona piscina rilassante immersa nella tenuta. Ottima la cucina!

I brought a group of American tourists to Puglia for a yoga and fitness-based vacation, and Ottolire Resort could not have been a better partner. This property offers the ultimate stay—for both groups and individuals. Sprawling countryside location? Check. Gorgeous pool and spa? Check. Glassed-in fitness studio with a view? Check. Luxurious, spacious rooms? Check. Incredible restaurant? Check. Pasta-making? Also check. Best of all, the staff was outstanding! They anticipated our needs at every step, and our guests truly felt like VIPs. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the area’s highlights, including masserie, trulli, Alberobello, and Locorotondo. I cannot recommend Ottolire Resort highly enough.

Bella struttura, ristrutturata con gusto. Belle le camere e la piscina immersa tra gli uliveti. Tuttavia il servizio offerto non è attento come invece dovrebbe essere in una struttura del genere ed anche la cucina non è il massimo (gli spaghetti crudi non si possono accettare) . To be improved!

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo bellissimo Resort , dove avrei voluto festeggiare una mia ricorrenza , ma purtroppo mi sono imbattuto in una situazione spiacevole. Avevano deciso di limitare ulteriormente il numero dei miei ospiti . . Ma non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere , infatti il pranzo che abbiamo consumato per assaggiare le “ prelibatezze “ del ristorante , non si è poi rivelato così buono, anzi … Ecco i voti che sono solito assegnare Location , VOTO 9 . Il posto effettivamente è bellissimo , oserei dire quasi bucolico. Antipasti , VOTO 5 Primi , VOTO 5 Secondo , pesce , VOTO 7 con la pelle del pesce fritta !!!, VOTO 4 Porzioni veramente pediatriche , VOTO 2 Dolci , VOTO 4.5 SCONSIGLIATO !
