Our travel agent (located in Italy) suggested this B&B for a one week stay. It is a beautifully appointed property in a prime location in the heart of Locorotondo. There is a lovely rooftop terrace which we seemed to have to ourselves and a hot tub created from an old cistern. Since there is no parking in the centro storico, we were directed to a place where we could park for free. The B& B is run by Chiara who is wonderful at her job. She carted our luggage for us (even in the rain), recommended restaurants, made reservations, and took time to know her guests. Everything in Locorotondo is walkable from here and it is the perfect location for exploring the other charming towns of the Valle d'Itria.

Très belle maison d’hôtes très bien restaurée et pleine de charme. Chambre confortable et salle de bains bien équipée. Calme absolu pendant la nuit. Le minuscule ascenseur est bien appréciable car les escaliers sont très raides. Bon petit déjeuner. Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Un magnifique séjour.

My family of 5 had a wonderful experience at 1783. Nando and his daughter, Chiara, were very friendly and very helpful in booking restaurants and making suggestions. The hotel itself is spacious, very clean, quiet and it is obvious that a lot of attention has gone into having exceptional amenities. The beds were a highlight. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests staying over the three nights we were there. Shout out to Rosanna, who made a wonderful breakfast each morning. Nothing was too much trouble. I could not recommend this boutique stay more highly.

I had a wonderful stay at 1783 Dimora d’Epoca. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have a water boiler in the room to make tea. The area around the B&B is so beautiful with many restaurants and stores. Chiara was always available to answer questions and help with anything you need. The breakfast has many options including eggs. Thanks to the lady who made fresh focaccia and prepared breakfast for us every morning. I highly recommend staying here specially that you can use the elevator in the building.

Hotel super charmoso.
Hotel lindo, cuidado nos mínimos detalhes, decoração linda, hotel pequeno e muito aconchegante! Dentro da cidade histórica e com acesso fácil as ruas da cidade. Carros não acessam o hotel mas estacionamento público fácil e próximo. Única dificuldade é o transporte das malas pois o percurso até o hotel é feito a pé. Solicitamos e o pessoal do hotel nos ajudou. Para aqueles que só dormem com ar condicionada nesta época do ano o que funciona é o aquecimento. Atendimento muito atencioso e gentil. Excelente indicação!

Excelente hospedagem em Locorotondo. Ótima localização.Estrutura física muito charmosa. Atendimento muito atencioso.
Apenas tomar cuidado pois o estacionamento mais próximo fica a 300 metros, portanto quem tiver malas pesadas terá uma certa dificildade.

1783 Dimora d’Epoca is a pure gem. The property is terrific: a mix of antique and modern design. Chiara is an amazing host and the Chef is cooking delicious specialities for the breakfast. Our room with the hot tub was lovely and peaceful. We felt at home. We enjoyed observing the sunset from the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again!
