Brand new home with ocean and marsh views! Only a 2-minute walk to the beach with private beach access. When you wish upon a starfish, there is plenty of space to relax on four spacious covered porches and watch the sun set on the ocean or the marsh. Great inverted floor plan to maximize views and hear the ocean. This house features 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths with laundry unit. Three bedrooms on the first floor and one of the bedrooms is a fun getaway for kids with wall-to-wall bunk beds (5 twins total). One bedroom and full bath on the second floor with kitchen, breakfast area, and living room with lots of windows for relaxing views. There is an oversized pool with a toddler friendly splash pad. Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please check with owner for rate and availability. *see policy below.* The house is well stocked for all your beach vacation needs. This house is kid friendly with toys and games for all ages, books, two toddler mattresses (one under each King bed), pack-n-play, and toddler dining booster seat. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the rental fee. For entertainment, there is free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room (Spectrum TV streaming included), movies, board games and puzzles. Additional items such as a beach wagon, bikes, scooters, chairs, floats, and beach toys are available for use. Smart keyless lock on the main entry makes entry a breeze for everyone with your own private code. The Heater can generally maintain between 10-20 degrees above the outside temperature. Heater availability is dependent on the weather and we’ve historically been able to offer it from April to October (and occasionally in November).
