La struttura è piuttosto datata e nel complesso non offre nulla di particolarmente entusiasmante. Il servizio, però, è buono: molto apprezzata la possibilità di fare una doccia anche dopo il check-out, ideale se si vuole fare un ultimo bagno prima della partenza. La camera era vecchia, con un frigo vuoto e mal funzionante. Il letto è stato uno degli aspetti peggiori: duro, scomodo e, al mio arrivo, addirittura bagnato.

Pessimo trattamento al check in; zona colazione inguardabile. Disordine ed assenza di cura del cliente. Sicuramente potrebbe essere ancora un albergo signorile con una diversa gestione e magari anche rifacimento spazi comuni, ormai lasciati andare. Camere pulite.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per un week-end in questa struttura. Ci siamo trovati molto bene camera pulita una vista mare impagabile personale cordiale disponibile la signora Giada il Top! Colazione super , cucina ricca e varia con 3 scelte tra primi e secondi con un ricco buffet di verdure. Lo consiglo. ❤️. Noi ci ritorneremo presto.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito per tre notti in questo albergo. Devo dire che l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità sono di casa! La nostra camera era molto pulita! Anche gli spazi comuni, molto ben tenuti! Abbiamo molto apprezzato la vasta scelta di varietà nei buffet sia a colazione, che a pranzo e cena. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con le serrande in quanto bloccate e anche con la cassaforte, ma hanno risolto prontamente ed egregiamente in poco tempo! La posizione è molto comoda e si può facilmente raggiungere il lungomare e la splendida marina e facendo qualche passo in più il centro. Un ringraziamento particolare a Giada per la sua accoglienza al nostro arrivo e poi al personale di sala, in particolare Florida e poi ad Elvira e Mirko! Sicuramente torneremo!

Loana Excelsior
The hotel was very clean, very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available. We enjoyed a 3 night stay. Short walk to the town center, restaurants and the excellent Friday Market. Loana is a very nice town to stay at.

buon hotel ma con qualche pecca
hotel in ottima posizione con persinale gentile e camere pulite purtroppo un po' piccoline,almeno quella in cui ho soggiornato. Struttura un po' datata che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ma comunque un buon hotel
