We had a wonderful stay for a few days of skiing! Pau (the owner who was always available at the front desk) was friendly and helpful, the food home cooked and delicious and the views were stunning! We chose this spot because we wanted to ski all 3 resorts which worked out well. We had just come from Portillo (also amazing) but didn’t want to do the big resort thing again. Pau speaks English so that made it fun and easy for us also. I was a little nervous to book as there were no recent reviews, but I think that was due to Covid Additional info on Tres Valles - the road from Santiago is death defying and during weekends and peak times is only one way (up in the morning, down in late afternoon- and you really wouldn’t want it any other way). There is no where to buy basic things (like a Cruz Verde) so if you run out of advil or toothpaste you are out of luck.

Foi a primeira vez com a minha família na região de Farellones e Vale Nevado, e não podia ter escolhido pousada mais aconchegante O serviço é muito bom e o staff se dedica a tratar os hospedes com carinho e atenção. Atenção aos detalhes, inclusive, na hora do jantar, buscando respeitar os gostos e detalhes. O dono, já está no local a muito tempo, super atencioso. Adicionalmente, tenho que agradecer muito a ele, pois nos ajudou em uma situação que estávamos presos a uma nevasca. Férias você tem que aproveitar e se divertir, mas com segurança, conforto e bom serviço. Não pensem 2 x se forem para Farellones, vale muito a pena !

Ficamos hospedados na pousada eu, marido e dois filhos adolescentes. O quarto era excelente, amplo, calefacao ótima, camas super aconchegantes, chuveiro ótimo para um banho bem quente depois de um dia na neve. A pousada tem aquele charme rústico de um chalé de montanha. A sala de estar é ótima para o convívio com outros hóspedes, para trocar as experiências nas montanhas. A gente se sente em casa, como numa grande família. Paulo e sua equipe nos recebem muito bem e procuram ajudar no que for preciso para a estadia ser a melhor possível. Café da manhã muito bom, jantar também muito bom com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Comida gostosa e com opção de menu kids. Amamos nossa hospedagem com vcs!!!!

Acogedor, limpio, buena comida, bien ubicado cerca de parques de ski, atención de primera por sus propietarios, transporte a los parques incluídos. Desayunos y cenas incluídas. WiFi en todo el hotel sin cargo extra. Puedes coordinar el traslado desde Santiago con el hotel.
