Great place nice staff. Breakfast was really good. Juan(I think that’s his name) at reception is a total star. Please get a ladder for the pool. 🤙

A beautiful hotel and lovely rooms which were very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately reception staff were grumpy and not very helpful which was a great shame. Maybe a bit of customer service training might be appropriate!

Pequeño gran hotel, una joya en el centro de Mallorca. Para empezar la extrema amabilidad del equipo de recepción es increíble. El spa privado de lujo. La habitación con todas las comodidades. Soy una clienta habitual, siempre que puedo hago una escapada y nunca me canso de venir aquí. No dejéis de probar el desayuno para recargar fuerzas después de una noche durmiendo como en las nubes con esos colchones y almohadas tan cómodos. El desayuno es muy completo y con producto de buena calidad, se agradece el zumo natural de naranja recién exprimido. Gracias a los gestores de este establecimiento, saben cómo dar la mejor experiencia al cliente.

Escapada romántica. Preciosa habitación con jacuzzi . Desayuno espectacular . Por poner un pero a la hora de la siesta alguien cantaba estilo ópera pero mal …. Y el jacuzzi es de 10 h a 22h , a pesar de tener piedra en las paredes y se una construcción antigua de muros anchos se oía todo .

Beautiful Spanish escape
Beautiful Mediterranean style hotel. It felt like I was waking up in a postcard- had a room looking out to the courtyard. The train station was about a 5 minute walk where you will pass some local grocery shops.
Not the hotels fault, but my neighbour was playing loud music/watching movies until 2 am so the walls are not sound proof.
The spa in the bathroom was so big and felt very luxurious.
