It's a real bummer. I don't recommend coming here. I don't recommend any hotel near the beach in Lloret de Mar. They are very run-down, with poor facilities, average service attitude, and bad restaurants. They don't deserve 4 stars at all. But the sea view is nice. I recommend staying in a resort hotel in Lloret de Mar if you want to come.

Everything was perfect, the sea view is superb and the location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms impeccable.
The breakfast was very generous.
The only problem, the jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool at the Rooftop were cold.

Room serviced every day by really friendly staff.
Breakfast was great and again wonderful staff!!
Receptionist was so helpful with transportation to Barcelona after our stay.
Location was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Nos alojamos un fin de semana aquí y el hotel es genial. Está todo reformado con mucho gusto. El personal es muy eficiente y discreto. La zona de la azotea es una pasada: spa, piscina, jacuzzi, gimnasio y spa... Recomiendo escoger habitación on vistas al mar. Ubicación un 10! ¡Volveremos seguro!

Had a meal here and quality was very very poor. Definitely overpriced considering the quality and the service was very poor. The people working here clearly don’t enjoy what they do and it shows. Definitely avoid this place or eat at your own risk !!!!!!
