The room had not been cleaned properly upon arrival, there were pebbles and sand on the floor.
There was a leak in the pipe that runs through the closet, causing a moisture problem in the wardrobe.

Hello, I would like to write that this hotel is very dirty, the rooms are in a pitiful state, the shower, the window allows air to pass from the outside, there is no seal which allows for waterproofing and painting don't worry, the mattresses for sleeping are stained, not to mention that in the evening we started to scratch everywhere, we had to buy sheets and duvets, the bedroom window was missing the seal which allows us not to hear the sound exterior without forgetting that everything that happens we are all waiting impossible to sleep the ****** which screws up the customers outside we all hear in the room the service is zero it is in a hotel which is not recommended for families but rather for people who want to be ****** or bring back ****** this is not called a hotel but rather a ****** we should downgrade it and take away all the stars because it doesn't even deserve 1 star I stayed only 1 night even though it was planned for 1 full week

Najgorszy hotel jaki mogłam sobie tylko wymarzyć… obsługa niemiła jakby za karę tutaj pracowali także spożywaja alkohol w czasie pracy. Jedzenie zimne i codziennie to samo 🤦♀️🤦♀️pokoje nie zgodne ze zdjęciami w pokoju jak w piwnicy do tego brudna klima wróciłam do domu z ciężkim zapaleniem krtani… ogólnie porażka nie polecam za te pieniądze mozna znaleźć coś dużo dużo lepsze wakacje. Jedyny plus to tylko ładne do zwiedzania miejsca

Not a family hotel as advertised. Too many drunks in middle of night shouting and banging on doors. Staff very friendly and food good and varied. Bedrooms need updating and one had to be changed on arrival as was dirty. Close to the beach and shops but needed to negotiate a hill that was not good with a toddler in a buggy. Would go to Llorett again but not to this hotel.
