Been here for 3 days now . And its a poor place to stay . Food around the pool is a joke . Staff around the pool are not friendly. Ants in the room , room not great , shower is poor . Full hotel is dated . Wouldn't come back here . Breakfast is poor .2 star place

No recomendable por varias cosas. La comida decepcionante, escasa variedad, se repite cada dos días con suerte y mala calidad. El restaurante separado del hotel teniendo que cruzar una carretera. La animación pésima o inexistente. Pedro hace lo que puede pero la chica que ni sé cómo se llama no se molesta nada con los niños. Se nota que no la gusta su trabajo. Esto no es la idea de hotel familiar. Tres llaves distintas, una para la habitación, una para el restaurante y otra para el coche, tan difícil es poner una única ? Colchón malisimo, muy duro e incómodo. Hay que decir que la limpieza era buena y sobre todo destacar la buena atención del recepcionista que trabajó el jueves 3 julio de tarde. No recuerdo su nombre pero era de origen marroquí y se desvivió con nosotros para hacernos la estancia más agradable. Un 10 para el.

Hotel nie zasługuje nawet na 2 gwiazdki Tragiczny,po prostu brak słów Jedzenie niejadalne ,w opcji all inclusive tylko piwo jeden kubeczek plastikowy na osobę drinki płatne ,obiady i kolacje w innym hotelu (sangria płatna w opcji all )obsługa miła tylko dla gości którzy płacą za wszystko,goście all inclusive ignorowani . Brak prądu w kontaktach ,podarte zasłony ,krew na prześcieradle,brak czajnika ,sprzątanie to po prostu przetarcie podłogi . Przed wizytą w tym hotelu czytałam złe opinie o nim ,ale myślałam że ludzie przesadzają . Niestety nie przesadzają. Najgorszy hotel w jakim byłam w moim życiu

The standard of food was so poor, the worst I have ever experienced. Staff were utterly unengaging, the rooms are basic, dusty and require attention. How this hotel ever got a rating above 2 star amazes me. Complete rip off, avoid at all costs.

Chambres: spacieuses, confortables et propres. Hôtel : Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement idéal au calme mais proche du centre-ville. Piscines: très agréables, propres, température idéale, les toboggans ont plu aux adultes comme aux enfants. Par contre, pas assez de transats. Vous avez la possibilité de vous installer dans un espace ombragé d’herbe synthétique mais vous devez vous allonger à même le sol qui y est très dur et pas toujours très propre. Repas: snack à la piscine cher et mauvais. Repas à prendre dans l’hôtel voisin qui n’est pas très éloigné. Ce n’était pas très dérangeant pour nous mais il faut le savoir car le trajet est certes court mais très pentu et étroit, compliqué pour des personnes âgées, poussette ou PMR. Les repas, le gros point faible de l’hôtel. Le buffet est très répétitif et ce qui y est proposé n’est pas bon. Même les enfants ne voulaient plus des frites ni des pâtes qui n’étaient pas bonnes du tout. Nous avons certains jours zappé le petit déjeuner qui ne proposait rien d’appétissant… et nous ne sommes pourtant pas difficiles.

Hotel and grounds spotlessly clean but the set up is a joke. You have to leave the hotel and go to another one for main meals and full range of all inclusive drinks. There are notices telling you not to reserve sun beds as towels will be removed but this did not happen once in the week we were there. The annoying thing was we were early to the water park every morning and nearly all the sun beds had towels on but you didn't see anyone on them until nearly lunch time. The bathroom was another joke no plug in the bath or sink and the shower head fixed to the wall about a foot above the bath so if you wanted a shower you had to hold it. The bath was small and hard work. We had to leave the hotel at 7 am to catch our transfer back to the airport and couldn't even get a coffee before we left. We have been to Lloret de Mar a few times now as we love the area and I can honestly say I won't be stopping here again.

In my honest opinion this hotel is far from 4 stars We arrived and got our transfer that was supposed to take 35 minutes. Ended up 2 hours . When we got to the hotel we was basically in a street . I then with 2 kids and suitcases has to drag these up a massive hill . Then to be told we was in the next hotel . So again had to walk up steps and hill to get to our hotel . Couldn’t check in till 1 and all of reception area was full of 18 -25 yrs olds sleeping on the sofas . The food was awful and the snacks was disgusting. The entertainment was ok but could have been on earlier 9.30 it started. The location was near the shops and beach . I didn’t like the area myself just full of rubbish and fag nubs . The beach is grit and awful . The water park is clean but if all inclusive have to pay for drinks . And yet again a steep hill to get up and down . I wasn’t keen on this hotel and definitely is not for families or kids . There was a lot of clubbers and they just slept all around hotel . Lack of sunbeds too . Limited food uncomfortable beds . Wouldn’t return. Should be just a 18-30 h hotel not for kids .

Slecht eten koud weinig variatie wat je in de middag eet staat er voor een deel in de avond weer . Kamers met veel gebreken Lage douche die niet omhoog kan dus je moet met een hand douche vast houden en andere hand je haren wassen . Boek GEEN all inclusive dat is het echt niet Je kan 3 x per dag bij het zuster hotel gaan eten daarvoor moet je dus een stijle helling af en op lopen .. Na 18 u is er geen eten of drinken meer te krijgen daarvoor moet je dus naar het andere hotel lopen . En dan met je glas drinken weer een stijle helling terug op lopen … Ook heel weinig keuze wat betreft snacks etc Het personeel is wel heel aardig
