Buenos días , tenia una reserva para el día 23-24 de julio y por causa de fuerza mayor no pude ir (se murió mi suegra). Hablé con la directora Sra. Kenia Bahr para explicarle los hechos y ella no quiso entrar en razón para no cobrar la habitación, aun mas yo no quería que me la abonase sino cambiarla por otro día y ella me dijo que no lo podía hacer. Pienso que hay una falta de HUMANIDAD tremenda, por parte de ella, en un caso como este. Esto nadie lo quiere. Es la primera vez que escribo un comentario de algún hotel. La mayoría, a veces, tienen algo que comentar pero no me entretengo a hacer comentarios. Pero en este caso a parte del dolor que tenemos, no encontramos el apoyo en ella por esta circunstancia. En esta vida a parte del dinero hay otros valores.

This hotel is great value for money and was nice and clean in the room, albeit small. The issue was a combination of thin walls, broken shutters and all manner of people screeching and screaming outside the corridors and on the road outside. I was woken up in the night at least 3 times and found it so hard to get back to sleep due to the noise. My partner went down to reception at 12am to ask for ear plugs, which they don’t sell (I recommend this hotel stocks up on those). There was a loud, unidentified banging coming from the room next door which sounded like someone hitting the walls with a wooden pole. I would not stay here again unless the hotel was empty or all the people in it learnt how to respect other people.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel. Having already read the many excellent reviews before my three friends an I arrived I felt confident of a good stay and wasn't disappointed. The staff were all so nice and extremely helpful. I was dubious after the first night as I was woken several times by noisy passer bys at all hours of the night but this was a one off and I slept well the rest of the week. Rooms spotless and cleaned professionally every day . Will be returning to visit Caleta next year. Thank you all once again. Martin.

Wir können das familiengeführte Hotel bedingungslos weiterempfehlen - zudem es bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt war - und wohl auch nicht unser letzter. Dafür spricht einfach alles: die Betreiber, Chefin Frau Kenia, der angenehme Willi, ebenso der empathische Joseph am Empfang begegnen dort mit echter Freundlich- und Herzlichkeit und sind stets um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste interessiert. Es wird wirklich jedem Wunsch nachgekommen. Alle versprühen einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Bettwäsche wird überdurchschnittlich oft gewechselt – die Zimmer riechen immer frisch und es ist alles im mediterranen Landhausstiel gehalten – genau das macht den gewissen Charme des gemütlichen Hotels aus. Zudem positiv ist die sehr zentrale Lage: zum Strand ca. 180 Meter, zum nächsten großen Supermarkt ca. 150 Meter und zum Stadtzentrum vielleicht 300 Meter. Nicht zu vergessen das gute, sehr reichhaltige Frühstück, mit frischen Eiern und dem köstlichen Schinken (den ich hier in Deutschland sehr vermisse). FAZIT: Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach überdurchschnittlich. Danke !!

Zeer lieve mensen, helpen je met alles. Voor de prijs zeker het boeken waard. Je krijgt veel gratis opties (frigo box, parasol) voor naar het strand mee te nemen. Alleen jammer dat er geen airco is en de wifi soms eens moeilijk doet. Voor de rest was alles top. We zullen het missen. Maar vooral Jos en Sergio♥️ Jordy x Beau x Julian

Het oudste hotel van Lloret de Mar. Dit wil niet zeggen dat het ook in die staat is, het is een net hotel met zeer waardige eigenares. Het personeel staat 24 klaar om je te helpen met elke vraag die je hebt. Ze spreken hier Catalaans, Spaans, Frans, Nederlands, Duits en nog wel wat meer talen
