The staff is friendly, communicates well in English, and especially, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 1:30!
Check-in and check-out procedures are simple.
It's a new hotel, so it's clean and cute.
For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location!
Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony.
There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room.

Sporco,sporco,sporco....senza regole chiassoso,a qualsiasi ora tutti entrano e pensano di essere al parco,grida disumane, ovviamente intendo tre -quattro del mattino,il terrazzino e un raccoglitore di spazzatura ove la gente ai piani di sopra lancia qualsiasi cosa.... Non proprio adatto per una vacanza rilassante....poco personale,e attenzione la lavanderia self service è una semplice lavatrice a gettoni sempre occupata perché loro ci lavano gli asciugamani degli ospiti.

Perfect for young people who wanna party, but for families and couple not. Brunch and wifi were okay, but I can not mention anything else. If this hotel is mostly full-booked, should be in better condition and have more experience about good service.

La habitación estaba impecable, limpia y acogedora. Todo funcionaba bien, solo faltaban el bidé y el minibar. El Wi-Fi fue rápido y estable. El personal fue muy amable y disponible, especialmente el chico de la entrada, que merece una propina extra. No usamos la lavadora ni el gimnasio, pero ambos parecían buenos servicios. La piscina estaba limpia y acogedora. El brunch fue excelente, con mucha variedad y buena organización. El desayuno fue, sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado. ¡Muy recomendable!

Apres une nuit, nous avons du rentrer en catastrophe car un proche etait gravement malade. Aucun moyen de se faire rembourser les nuits restantes! Meme pas en reportant les dates! Une honte. Bon courage a vous si vous choisissez cet hotel.
