The hotel is beautiful
Especially the terrace with the pool that offers tranquility on the heights.
On the other hand, the beds are to be reviewed because not comfortable and painting and cleanliness

Only booked a room, as that was all I required, room was cleaned daily to a high specification, staff were super helpful and super accommodating even with my very late arrival due to transport issues, 10/10 would definitely return again 😀 👍

Lovely hotel, rooms basic with no tea making facilities, but cleaned every day. Breakfast nothing special but enough to suit most people. Rooftop bar is a real bonus very nice. Good locationnear town and bus station. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, would stay again

Lovely family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, very close to bus station, beach and main ***** and approx 30 mins from Girona airport. For the price we paid no complaints at all. There is a lovely roof top terrace that has a pool, albeit small, but adequate, and the food, snacks and drinks are very reasonably priced with a good selection. We only had breakfast once which was 10 euros and was ok but just not enough choice for us. Rooms are adequate and cleaned daily, yes no air con, but most have a balcony and a ceiling fan If you want a budget friendly hotel thats very central then you cannot go wrong.

Hotel sencillo y sin grandes pretensiones pero que sin embargo es una auténtica delicia para pasar unos días en Lloret. Muy tranquilo, el interior es como un jardín plagado de cuidadas y hermosas plantas, habitaciones no muy grandes pero ventiladas y con balcón con dos butacas, baño completo y muy limpias. Lo mejor es la terraza en el tercer piso, con piscina y un oasis de tranquilidad rodeado de plantas y con un bar para tomarse un refrigerio a muy buen precio y atendido por personal super amable y cordial. A dos pasos del centro comercial, estación de autobuses, restaurantes pero con la ventaja de estar en una zona tranquila y en la que es posible aparcar sin pagar. Y además es económico. A buen seguro que si vuelvo a Lloret repetiré,

A wonderful family run hotel with friendly and EXTREMELY helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, and although the pool is small, when we used it on a couple of occasions, we were the only people in there. Short walk to the main ***** and beach. A fantastic holiday. Thank you so much to the Ninays Team.

Service de bar en haut très bien et incroyable mais réceptionniste et personne en charge de la sécurité impoli vulgaire et s’amuse à nous insulter très très grossièrement quand nous rentrons tard le soir
