Hotel sympathique. Chambre très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner avec pas mal de choix et bon. Personnel agréable et disponible. Emplacement à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et des boutiques. Parking à disposition des clients. Nous y avons séjourné qu’une nuit et nous avons apprécié.

All’arrivo in hotel conosciamo il direttore e il receptionist. Paghiamo subito la somma del soggiorno e pretendono una cifra esagerata di 400€ di cauzione; e vabbè ingenuamente paghiamo subito tutto senza prima accertarci della camera fidandoci delle foto. e non un una camera dei 7 nani scadente, angosciante nella curva dell’hotel a piano ammezzato. La camera Puzzava di muffa! E pure come detto prima hanno preteso la cauzione nonostante nella camera ci fossero una tv e comodini anni 80. Letto matrimoniale = due lettini attaccati insieme. Un bagno (e una vasca) che io non c’entravo. Dopo una mezz’ora passata in una stalla provando ad adattarci ci siamo arresi e io con la mia fidanzata incinta oltre tutto volevamo semplicemente scappare da quel TUGURIO!! Arrivati giù spiegai la situazione al direttore, che l’hotel non era di mio gradimento e se potevo riceve indietro i miei soldi pagati una mezz’ora prima. Il vigliacco nel bel mezzo del chiarimento chiamò 4 poliziotti facendomi passare per delinquente. Dopo un lungo dibattito il vigliacco mi fece pagare la penale di cancellazione di 150€ quando io non me ne stavo andando per andare contro il contratto ma semplicemente perché quello che io DA FOTO ho prenotato era lontanissimo dalla realtà! Non può essere un hotel di 4 stelle ma bensì 1 nemmeno classificabile, partendo dal personale! Menomale che abbiamo litigato e abbiamo trovato un hotel nelle vicinanze nettamente migliore: superior con vista panoramica ad un prezzo anche minore DON JUAN

Nous sommes venus en famille pour profiter de petites vacances proche de la mer avec une piscine, la chambre réunit tous nos critères un appartement hôtel très grand spacieux le lit est très bien le jacuzzi dans la chambre très convenable une petite cuisine par contre peut aménager et au niveau de la vaisselle et des couverts très pauvre. Nous sommes par contre déçu du service et de la célérité de prise en charge des demandes du personnel, nous allons signaler déjà depuis 2 jours à plusieurs reprises que notre machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et que le linge est coincé dedans une odeur pestilentielle se dégage. Nous averti que le problème technique était remonté mais à ce jour personne n'est venu réparer je trouve que le service est plus réactif pour une chambre que nous avons payé près de 2000 € et aucune prise en charge de notre demande on nous invite à attendre c'est inadmissible !

Nos alojamos 2 noches en el hotel. Y lo elegimos sobre la marcha ya que veniamos de road Tryp. Me sorprendio encontrar un 4* a tan buen precio y ubicacion. La verdad, el hotel esta bien, cumole con los los sercios, si bien no tiene lujos, no falta nada, sobretodo internet, va mas rapido quee Flash con prisa. Lo unico, la pileta deberia estar incluida en la tarifa.

Réservation d'une suite prenium à 257€ la nuit avec petit-déjeuner . Chambre G2. Rien à voir avec une suite digne de ce nom. Le jacuzzi privatif est plutôt une vieille baignoire avec des jets poussifs, pommeau de douche cassé. Salle de bain vetuste. Canapé usé. Nous avons trouvé de la nourriture des clients précédents dans le micro-ondes. La pièce de massage privée et de sport sont austères. Buffet de petit-déjeuner simplissime. Arnaque totale pour le prix payé.

Nous avions une suite pour 4 personnes. Quand nous sommes arrivées dans la suite, nous étions agréablement surprises d'avoir un aussi grand espace. Mais nous avons vite déchantées ! Dans une des chambres, il n'y avait pas de lumière, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, une chaise de cassée ainsi que le canapé, le bain à remous avec des trasses d'usure comme de la rouille, et alors le ponpon, des cheveux dans le grand lit !!!!! Pas de produits vaisselle, le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Et le parking pour une journée, sauf qu'en fait, il fallait partir de la place en même temps que nous quittions la chambre. Nous avons réussi à négocier de rester jusqu'à 15h sur la place de parking, suite aux différents désagréments que nous avons eu. Ils ont essayé de nous faire payer deux fois la taxe de séjour et le parking. A la base nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4, juste avant Covid pour 2 nuit, les petits dej et le parking et au final, on s'est retrouvé à payer un surplus pour seulement une nuit et il fallait rajouter le parking, alors qu'après plusieurs mails envoyé, pour savoir si nous avions toujours notre credit d'avant covid, nous n'avons pas eu de réponses de leur part concernant la réservation. Le seul point positif, le petit déjeuner et l'employé qui a ete tres charmant avec nous. Je trouve que cet hotel manque de sérieux. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Nos hemos sentido engañados. La habitación pequeña, sucia y antigua. Poco mantenimiento. Mugre bajo las camas . La nevera no funciona. De noche es horrible el calor,encima no funciona el aire. Pusieron solo una minipastilla de jabón para los 3,tuvimos que comprar jabón para ducharnos. Las sabanas y fundas tienen manchas bastante desagradables,al segundo día cuando se supone lo cambian,te ponen otras mas manchadas. No recomiendo para nada este hotel ,mas si vas con niños. El desayuno ,pequeño poco variado,y lleno de moscas! No coman huevo duros!!o tendrás acidez toda la estancia. La piscina pequeña y muy sucia,esta tan verde de musgo que da repeluz. Hicimos un gran esfuerzo para pagar estas minivacaciones para disfrutar algo en familia ,y con la niña...pero nos sentimos muy desilucionados y estafados. Nos son 4 estrellas ni de cerca. La cortina del baño estaba manchada de marrón!!!

Expérience très moyenne. Le personnel de nuit parle ni le français ni l’anglais Le temps d’inscription est d’une lenteur infinie Le parking intérieur est payant et il n’y a pas de télécommande, le réceptionniste doit sortir pour ouvrir Le petit-déjeuner est assez moyen Impossible d’obtenir ma facture malgré plusieurs relances ! Seul point positif : l’emplacement proche du bord de mer.
