Viaje por el Imserso decepcionante, no nos aceptan. Cualquier duda en recepción no es resuelta a menos que sea a base de fianza, como por ejemplo solicitar más enchufes, nevera y habitación más amplia. Las comidas muy malas, no se repone nada, camareros con ropa sucia y con olor, mosqueados y maleducados. Las camas no sacudían las sábanas porque estaban llenas de pelos, polvo, etc.. Baños con bañera de escalón, con cortinas, sin asidero. Alojados en la zona más vieja del hotel así nos han tratado después de estar toda la vida trabajando para poder disfrutar de nuestra merecida jubilación. No se les ocurra bajo ninguna circunstancia concepto aceptase este Hotel como alojamiento en sus vacaciones, no descansarán, no disfrutarán y tirarán su dinero.

Las bebidas variadas , buena atención por parte de los bartender ,la comida muy rica felicidades a los chefs y cocineros , atención muy buena por parte de todos los meseros del restaurante buffet Hacienda especialmente a los que les tocó atendernos Salvador,Luis,David y Victor la srta esquiumi Karina 😂y las chicas que te reciben al llegar al restaurante muy lindas también ... tuvimos mala experiencia en el restaurante italiano

Nous avons séjourner dans cet hôtel en famille , j'ai constaté de la poussière dans la chambre ( sous les lits ) sur le sol..mon mari à des allergies donc on a été voir à la réception : on nous dit que c'est noté ...les femmes de ménages font la chambre mais il reste encore de la poussière ... Une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains . Pas d'aération dans les toilettes . C'est tes moyen dans tout les services .

Would not recommend!!! the first room we got put in was a disgrace the door had previously been kicked in and only the bracket replaced not the pillar. There was mould on one of the cushions and wall above the bed as well as dirt. there were holes forming in the ceiling and rust in the bath tub where then a hole was being created. Went straight down and complained, to then we got moved rooms into the top floor as I mentioned it looked nothing like the photos! I did not feel safe in the first room glad we got moved. But 100% do not recommend

Muy viejo el hotel, muy descuidado, la verdad es que no creo que vuelva. Mis amigos tuvieron que soportar a un grupo de adolescentes Franceses que hicieron mucho lío y nadie les llamó la atención, no pudieron dormir tranquilos. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación fué buena, la atención del personal excelente y la comida normalita tirando a mala.

We went as a group of friends. You get what you pay for. Yes the hotel is dated, but it isn't a 5*. The location was brilliant, the food was OK- like you would expect. We only ended up having breakfast and some evening meals. We prefer to eat out. We visited Barcelona which wasn't far and enjoyed some quality time with friends on holiday.

We stayed at Hotel Samba for a kids’ football tournament, and while the central location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were extremely dated—it’s as if the hotel has been stuck in the 80s with no visible upgrades or modern touches. Maintenance was subpar at best, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear conversations, showers, and other noises from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. It’s a shame because the location has potential. Hopefully, the management considers a full renovation before it’s too late.

very good staf and food also area was cheap . The hotel is near the sea so its very good for people who comes here to swim in the sea also there is a big swimming pool and many games also bartenders were very nice to me I really love this place. But I must warn you The staff will be nice to you untill you dont mess with them.
