Une catastrophe au niveau de la sécurité, pénétration dans la chambre en notre absence, vol trousseau de clés maison et destruction de la clé de voiture, pur vandalisme? J’ai curieusement retrouvé ensuite la carte électronique interne de la clé de de voiture au fond d’un sac! Bizarre mais que je sache, c’est pas d’autre chose volée…pas eu le temps?
Le relevé informatique indique qu’a 10h13 c’est une carte autorisée qui a ouvert et total désintérêt de la réception pour enquêter. Une honte pour cette usine à groupes de touristes.

No puefo decir nada negativo, necesitaba una habitación con ducha por un problema y fatima decrecepcion muy amablemente nos instalo súper bien, habitación grande, limpia, con ducha, súper bien en todos los aspectos A nivel de comedor un 10 la cocina está hecha con encanto todo muy bien cocinado y muchísima variedad, un comedor bonito mirando al mar Personal de cafetería todos súper amables y Rubén te soluciona cualquier duda con tu bebida un encanto Que decir de JUSTINE, nos ha ayudado a tener una semana magnífica con bailes, juegos, con su alegría y espontaneidad, se ha notado cuando ha habido otra compañera (dicen que es su jefa) que no era JUSTINE,ni la música ni el baile ha sido igual También los músicos que actúan alguna noche súper bien Que decir que si volvemos por esta zona, volveremos a surf mar JUSTINE eres especial

Hemos viajado con el imserso a este hotel, la habitación bien, la situación muy buena junto al mar, la comida bien y el personal del restaurante amable en todo momento. El punto negativo del Hotel lo da la " señorita" que te atiende en recepción, con gafas de sol, flequillo con el que no se le ve la cara y aires de estar personándose la vida... Al ir a recoger los DNI'S nos dice que o le firmamos un cuestionario facilitando nuestro correo electrónico y nuestro número de teléfono o NO nos da nuestros carner de identidad , así amenazando. Al parecer no tienen suficiente información nuestra con nuestros DNI'S, cuando el Ministerio de Asuntos Sociales tiene de nosotros hasta el número de zapato que usamos. Que se pongan de acuerdo de una vez, los políticos de ESPAÑA y de cataluña y nos dejen viajar tranquilos a los mayores. Desde que salió la normativa el 1 Dic de 2024 hemos viajado tres veces con el Imserso y no nos han exigido ni un dato más. Pero claro era Andalucía y la Comunidad Valenciana.

Basic hotel, prijs-kwaliteit is wel oké. Animatie voor jong en oud is voorzien. Toen wij er verbleven werd er onderandere een duikinitiatie gegeven in het zwembad, voor volwassenen en kinderen. Het strand is vlakbij en het is het rustigere gedeelte van Lloret de Mar.

Non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. La pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare, il terrazzo non è mai stato pulito e ho trovato ogni mattina cenere di sigaretta proveniente dalla camera sopra. I buffet della colazione, per quanto ricco, lascia a desiderare in termini di qualità

Hôtel bien situé ( plage et commerces), personnel sympathique
Dommage les chambres sont vieillottes et mal entretenues: Clim ne fonctionne pas très bien, poussière, chambres mal isolées et odeurs d’humidité dans le hall et les couloirs de l’hôtel
