El hotel es bonito, las instalaciones están cuidadas y el entorno es agradable, pero nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Reservamos por Booking una habitación con piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje, pero al llegar nos encontramos con una habitación diferente, sin esos elementos. El personal reconoció el error y nos ofreció el spa como compensación. Por la noche, el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar y pasamos toda la noche a casi 30 °C sin solución. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero en la otra tampoco funcionaba. Hemos intentado contactar con el hotel y con Booking para obtener una compensación justa, pero no han respondido o lo han hecho con propuestas simbólicas. Finalmente hemos tenido que presentar una reclamación formal ante la oficina de Consumo. Una pena, porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero cuando surgen problemas, la atención al cliente y la gestión dejan mucho que desear.

Una estancia bastante agradable en general. El servicio fue algo mediocre, podría ser más atento y eficiente. No obstante, la cocina es excelente, con platos de gran calidad y sabores bien logrados. El ambiente moderno aporta un toque fresco y acogedor. Además, las habitaciones están muy limpias, lo que contribuye a una sensación de confort y bienestar. Una opción recomendable con pequeños aspectos a mejorar.

A hotel with clearly inflated prices for what little it offers. Everything is designed to appear more than it really is: mediocre service, average facilities, and cold and distant customer service. The feeling is that you're being done a favor by staying there, when in reality, you're paying as if you were in a five-star hotel... but without receiving even half the standard. Too much posturing and little professionalism. I won't return.

Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full.
Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long.
