It was really good. I was so happy. It was so clean and nice. This place was really heaven. The service was good, the facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. I definitely want to come back.

Parking and valet fees are free! I was able to stay comfortably as they unloaded and moved all my luggage. It's a shame that it's a bit far from the tourist attractions, but it's not inconvenient as there are many things to do within the resort. The room was very spacious, so it felt like it was a private accommodation, which was nice!

It was a bit far from the center, which was disappointing, but the price was cheaper. The staff was friendly, but there were times when they left out things they said they would take care of because it was a honeymoon, and some of the facilities were broken. Other than these things, I am living very comfortably.

It was my first time staying at a 5-star hotel and it was really, really, really nice. Breakfast is made exactly as you order, so it tastes good!!
It's such a shame that I only took a day off, so I'll definitely go back next time I come to Mallorca.
