Es un hotel para ir sólo con niños. En ese plan es ideal. Si vas en plan pareja o sólo busca otro Hotel. El mayor porcentaje de huéspedes son alemanes o eslavos con una educación bastante mejorable. El personal del Hotel está muy implicado en que el huésped tenga una buena experiencia. Los huéspedes resevan las hamacas durante el día y después no hay manera de encontrar una libre. La comida es muy buena y muy variada. Es un muy buen resort para vacaciones familiares de solo y playa y 4 estrellas (casi 5 estrellas en el buffet)

Era nuestra primera experiencia con Iberostar y hemos de decir que ha sido de 10. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, la comida excelente y el personal extraordinario. Carlos, subdirector (El palmero, disculpa que se me ha ido tu nombre), Josema, Antonia y todo el equipazo que forman este gran hotel, enhorabuena por ser unos grandes anfitriones. Lage schön. Essen gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Lärmbelästigung zu den normalen Ruhezeiten, die man von Zuhause kennt, enorm. Sowohl nachmittags durch das Personal, welches Renovierungsarbeiten durchführt als auch abends durch die Bühnenshows, die teilweise bis um 11 gehen. Man könnte darüber hinwegsehen, wenn es nicht jeden Tag so wäre.

This is a great 4 star hotel. We came last year and my 10 year old at the timebegged to come back. The beach is lovely and easy to access. The pool is a little small for the hotel so can be very busy, however there is a lifeguard on duty throughout the day and the pool activities (water carpet, inflatable slides) are lots of fun and well run. You will likely have to get up early to reserve beds as most have been bagged by 0830. Pool towels are provided and replaced each day if required. The rooms are clean, a nice size and well maintained. The food is a good standard for a 4 star hotel, varied, well prepared and I must say the lobster on seafood night was delicious. There is something for everyone, even potentially fussy children (pizza, pasta, etc). We were all inclusive and never wanted for drinks, snacks etc. All the activities are really well run by enthusiastic and engaging staff. I feel that the staff are the main plus of this hotel. They are exceptional; the cleaning staff, Star Camp staff, restaurant and bar staff and those on reception are all friendly, approachable and give the hotel an almost “big family” feel. (Maria on reception is particularly helpful and friendly). Needless to say my (now) 11 yr old is already begging to come back again.

Ein sehr schlechtes Hotel. Baufällig und sehr ungepflegt. Tennisplatz mit einem veschädigten Netz. Tischtennis mit kaputten Bällen. Kinderspielplatz schaut sehr ungepflegt aus. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ungepflegt. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschenden Urlaub. Sehr teuer, für das was man bekommt. Essen für Spanien sehr schlecht. In der Früh werde die Nadeln von den Pinien mit Laubgebläsen entfernt, sehr laut und störend. Nie mehr wieder.

Wir haben zu dritt eine sehr erholsame Woche mit einem äußerst freundlichen Hotelpersonal erlebt. Unser Sohn und wir fanden das Essen und das Animationsprogramm ausgezeichnet („paradiesisch“). Auch die qualitätsvollen Shows am Abend gefielen uns sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft (Pinien, Buchten). Lauter gute Gründe wieder hierher zu kommen …
