I traveled this year for the first time to the Pula Suite with my two kids. I booked a suite with a private pool, in all inclusive and it was absolutely perfect. It started with a great and very effective check in made by Hajar, which enabled us to still have a late lunch - perfect for the kids. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay, always accommodating and trying to make everything easy for us. Breakfast was fantastic, with a large choice of pastries, eggs, crepes etc. Lunch at the pool bar always lovely and dinners at the restaurant delicious. There was a great choice of starters, main courses and desserts. A very special thank you to Hans and his whole team, which made every dinner a wonderful and relaxing experience. A big thank you to Antonia as well, which handled our check out. She was working during the days of our stay and always made sure that everything was going well for us. On a more personal note, I worked for several years in the luxury hotel industry and in my opinion, there is nothing more important than the attitude of the staff...a hotel may be perfect, but if people working there are not pleasant, it can destroy a whole holiday. Well, the one thing I can tell about the Pula Suite, is that they have a wonderful team, always present to ensure their guests are having a perfect time, and for this, thank you very much for making for me and my kids an unforgettable holiday.

Wer sich erholen mag, weg vom Trubel der Hotelbunker, der ist hier genau richtig. Super nettes Personal ( der Restaurant Leiter, spricht 7 Sprachen, ist mega ) tolles Essen, den ganzen Tag, wenn man will, großzügige Suiten. Wir waren vor 8 Jahren schon mal da und werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an alle

Beautiful resort kept exceptionally clean. Spacious suites with everything you could need. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Can't remember everyone's name but, in particular, Hans, Maximo and Mourad. As older guests a few more handrails would be especially helpful particularly at the indoor pool which we really enjoyed. The last eight steps only had the wall as support. A very relaxing break.

Zimmer Nr. 160 gebucht als Swim-up deklariert. Da nebenan niemand war, sehr gut in der Privatsphäre. Wäre nebenan jemand gewesen grenzwertig. Zimmer selbst sehr schön, eher neu und sehr sauber. Abendessen: 10 verschiedene Menüs, jeden Tag ein anderes, mit je 4 Vorspeisen, Hauptgängen und etwa 3 Desserts.. Wir hatten keine HP gebucht und waren etwa 7 mal dort. Preise in Ordnung, soll heissen mit Aper, einer Flasche Wein und das Menü zwischen 110 - 140 Euro für 2 Personen. S‘Oronella (Restaurant) bei uns Mittwoch und Freitag geschlossen. Etwas besser, vor allem das Tatar zur Vorspeisen. Separate Menus, aber eher kleine Auswahl.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und absolut zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Leider beginnt dieses erst um acht Uhr, für Golfspieler ist das spät.

Exceptional pretty much all round. Very quiet location on the doorstep of pula golf club. Rooms large , food outstanding, staff very friendly rooms very clean. If you have a car rent it’s perfect as you can get to Cala millor and calabona in ten mins.

Nos sentimos muy afortunados de haber pasado 5 días de vacaciones con vosotros. Personal excelente, servicial y amable que te hacen la vida fácil. Todo limpio, impecable y en buen estado. La comida estupenda. El resort nos ha dado mucha paz, silencio y descanso.
