Quando ti presenti come boutique hotel, quando proponi certi prezzi crei delle aspettative che poi devi mantenere nei fatti. E invece... La maggiore delusione è il buffet della cena: assolutamente inadeguato rispetto a categoria e prezzi. Scarso nell'offerta, nella varietà, nella quantità e nella qualità. Il servizio è poco professionale rispetto agli standard spagnoli. Deludente (ma probabilmente noi italiani abbiamo aspettative diverse rispetto al cibo). La piscina è disadorna (le piante che si vedono nelle foto del sito sono quelle del lungomare pubblico), i lettini sono vicinissimi tra loro al punto da rendere complicati i movimenti per raggiungere e lasciare i lettini stessi. Non esiste parcheggio. Gli aspetti positivi sono la presenza di una piccola spa (ma vorrei sapere chi ha voglia di farsi una sauna quando fuori ci sono 34/35°C), la posizione molto centrale e sul lungomare di S'Illot. Durante il soggiorno si è verificato un problema nella camera (caduta di acqua dal soffitto del bagno), risolto in un paio d'ore facendoci spostare in un'altra camera (di categoria inferiore, ma con sconto sul conto finale).

I WAS ROBBED INSIDE MY HOTEL ROOM during my one-night stay from July 20 to 21. Approximately €250 was taken from my wallet, which was inside my bag. There were no signs of forced entry, meaning someone with a key card accessed the room. I called the hotel as soon as I noticed, and the staff said the manager would call me back — but he never did. The next day, I called again and finally spoke with the manager, who said they would investigate. However, I received no follow-up or explanation. The only response was that the hotel is not responsible for the missing money. I find this response and the lack of accountability extremely disappointing. Please be cautious when booking a stay at this hotel.

Io e mio marito siamo stati quì una settimana, oggi siamo in partenza e lasciamo questo posto con un velo di malinconia. Hotel veramente molto bello, pulito, fresco. Il personale è davvero super cordiale e simpatico! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione ottima e anche la cena a buffet che ogni sera varia, offrendo cibi di varie nazionalità. Che dire, qualità super. Anche la camera, bella bella bella! Vista sul Mare stupenda! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie MIM camera 216.

Particularmente por la limpieza y atención y preocupación del personal para hacer que la estadía sea de excelencia. Destaco a Marian y Amanda que en todo momento estuvieron atentas a nuestras necesidades. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y las camadas son confortables.

Super mooi hotel. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid lekker ontbijt. Cocktails overheerlijk, de sangria cava subliem, met veel fruit. Kamers niet zo groot maar ok. Spijtig dat de ligbedden niet echt comfortabel zijn, en dat er sommige ligbedden betalend zijn. Massage was ook heel goed. Spa gedeelte was niet zo top, zwembad binnen ok, sauna en hammam niet zo warm. Eens je uit het hotel gaat, lekkere restaurantjes Juist naast het hotel, en iets verderop. De ligging van het hotel was goed, maar eens uit het hotel, rechts, is de dijk niet zo verzorgd.

Nos encantó este hotel, moderno, limpio, personal muy amable, habitaciones muy buenas, desayuno (nosotros fuimos con régimen desayuno) bastante bueno y variado, zona tranquila, ambiente muy acogedor en el hotel... Todo nos encantó. Es para repetir para disfrutar del spa, la piscina ... Porque como íbamos a recoger cada día poco pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones, repetiremos.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Imad hat mir sehr geholfen Räume sind sehr sauber und beim Frühstück wird sich regelmäßig sehr viel Mühe gegeben Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr sauber und die Angestellten kümmern sich um alle Fragen und Probleme die aufkommen.
