Great location 5 mins to beach and plenty shops , supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. Hotel I thought was needing some tlc . Food poor edible but not a great selection salad bar was always lovely but after seeing them taking it from one building to another uncovered I decided not to eat . Rooms were comfortable but cleaning was non existent made beds daily and clean towels but did not clean bathroom whole week we were there nor the floors . Staff not very cheerful. Management aggressive and was not very approachable ( had some issues with room) . Drinks finish at 10 o'clock and no entertainment. Overall despite the hotel had a great holiday went to the beach most days .I would go bad to the area but certainly not the hotel .

Relación calidad ,precio estupendo Personal súper agradable,aun siendo los desayunos a partir de las 8 am,dos días nos abrieron antes de las 7.30 para que desayunaramos antes de salir de ruta. Prestan sombrillas para playa con lo que las puedes dejar en el coche durante los días que estés en la isla. Desayuno aceptable Limpieza buena Es hotel bastante familiar de personal y de trato Hotel para hacer turismo básicamente. Dormir,desayunar y algún día descansar en la piscina Recomebdable

Zusammen mit einer Freundin war ich vor einer Woche für 6 Tage in diesem Hotel. Bereits beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Personal ist sich treu geblieben und hat uns den ganzen Urlaub bei jeglichen Fragen geholfen und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ich habe selten so ein liebes Personal im Hotel erlebt. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Es war immer sehr sauber und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Generell handelte es sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Gerade die Toiletten sahen immer sehr gepflegt aus. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ich denke für jedermann etwas. In der Nähe des Hotels (ca. 5 min Fußweg) ist eine nahegelegene Haltestelle mit der man Richtung Palma fahren kann. Strand, Bars, Restaurants oder süße Boutiquen waren ebenfalls über einen kurzen Fußweg schnell zu erreichen. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in dem Hotel sehr genießen und würden es wieder buchen!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Kurztrip reicht es. Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Person ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet hatte alles, was ich am Morgen brauche.

Hotel is very strict with kids, thou it said kids friendly.They had to charge me €50 extra at check in for a baby cot despite booking was for a family room. Reception doesnt feel friendly at all!!
And although booking confirmation said pay at property i had a call in the morning from a random number to take the payment which was very suspicious in the beginning.
Hotel is very basic. Pool is not convenient for swimming nor the kids playground. So we've never used them. Room is a bit small for a family room. And balcony is tiny. Their cleaning is rubbish as room is still dirty after cleaning. Tv is tiny. Toilet always smelled as its facing the pool!!
Location was the best thing as its very near to the port side and you can walk to the beach from there or take boat trips.
