What I liked: the view from the rooms is beautiful, no matter which room you stay in. You will have a view of the sea. The waiters served very well, daily cleaning and change of towels in the rooms. The animation is not bad, but still a bit boring. Minus - the food is monotonous, hot dishes are not always tasty (chorizo ​​sausages were completely undercooked), from meat - chicken, turkey, pork, beef, if there was any, then stewed and not tasty. Seafood is a "rare guest". The spa area is good. I think that for a hotel with adult only status, more varied events are needed and the closing hours of the pool, bars, etc. should be later. Overall, I rate it a 4.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt im Alua Soul Carolina – Wir kommen wieder! Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal im Alua Soul Carolina unseren Urlaub verbracht und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass es eine hervorragende Wahl war! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise waren wir rundum zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann sich entspannen. Der Poolbereich ist ein wahrer Traum! Die Animation ist angenehm und unaufdringlich – genau richtig, um die Urlaubsatmosphäre zu genießen. Die Poolbar ist ein weiteres Highlight: Hier werden wir von äußerst freundlichen und empathischen Mitarbeitern verwöhnt, die stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben. Die Auswahl an Snacks und Getränken ist großartig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist einfach fantastisch! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vegane Theke beim Frühstücksbuffet und die die tolle Auswahl an frischem Gemüse im Restaurant. So kann man den Tag gesund und lecker beginnen. Ein absolutes Muss ist die Roofbar im 10. Stock! Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist atemberaubend und der perfekte Ort, um den Abend zu genießen. Die Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant und an der Bar, sind durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier ein tolles Team arbeitet, das den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten möchte. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die nach Cala Ratjada fährt, sowie ein Minitren, der zur wunderschönen Cala Agulla fährt. Insgesamt können wir das Alua Soul Carolina nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Nothing to complain about the setting, the hotel is very well located, the view from the rooms is splendid. The rooms are decent and we have no complaints about the housekeeping service. However, the big weak point is the quality of the food and especially the drinks. There is a choice but nothing is really good, the restaurant staff does not speak English well, or even does not speak English at all (not practical for communicating). The desserts have a chemical, industrial taste. The same goes for the fruit juices (only from the machine). We preferred to eat outside to really enjoy our meals. A large part of the cocktails (especially the "included" in the "all-inclusive" formula) are made by a machine and have a very chemical taste. In the best case it's bad, in the worst it was undrinkable, on the other hand it's quick! We met a couple of regulars of the hotel who confirmed to us that this year big changes had been made to the restaurant and bar areas and that in previous years the quality was really there. We therefore consider that we were unlucky, we hope that the hotel will be able to take corrective actions to remain at the standard of a 4* hotel.
