Hotel ligt schitterend in een rustige omgeving. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en het eten is super! De kamer is ruim en modern. We hadden een standaard kamer geboekt, maar zouden de volgende keer gaan voor een suite, omdat je dan ook beschikt over een eigen terras en je meer ramen hebt. De golfsets die het hotel verhuurd, voor een redelijke prijs, zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Prijsniveau is aan de hoge kant, maar wij vonden het zeker waard. Al met al kijken we terug op een fantastisch verblijf waar we volop van hebben genoten en komen hier graag nog een keer terug!

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe vor Ort - insgesamt 5 Zimmer. Der Buchungsprozess mit Carlos über das Hotel direkt verlief problemlos, schnell und freundlich. Unsere Ankunft wurde vom Hotel perfekt vorbereitet, alle Rezeptionistinnen kennen nahezu jeden Gast mit Namen und sind sehr gut geschult. Danke auch an Alex und Sergi für die Hilfe mit dem Gepäck, die beiden haben immer ein Lächeln parat. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ hochwertig und eine gute Mischung für alle Geschmäcker. Manchmal hätten die Teller etwas schneller abgeräumt werden können, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau und die Freundlichkeit des Personals macht das locker wieder wett. Die Zimmer sind super. Wir hatten Junior Suiten in den Neubauten als auch Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus. In beiden Kategorien fehlte es an nichts, hohe Sauberkeit und der Zimmerservice war hervorragend. Spa und Fitnessbereich ebenfalls neu, durchdacht und super ausgestattet. Um den Außenpool ist mittelfristig sicher der Holzbelag zu erneuern, da der Salzwasserpool diesem schnell zusetzt. Die Anlage ist aber insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Das Bistro Badia kann mit dem Rest des Hotels leider nicht ganz mithalten, das Essen war eher durchschnittlich bei erhöhten Preisen für die Region. Dafür stehen die Übernachtungspreise in einem sehr guten Verhältnis zur Gesamtleistung des Hotels. Wenn ich einen Wunsch hätte, dann wären es die Junior Suite mit privatem Pool ;-)

Très agréable séjour dans un endroit magnifique. Très bon niveau de service L'hôtel se trouve dans un endroit absolument superbe . Les suites sont spacieuses tres propres et tres calmes, ttes bon petit déjeuner. Diner au bistrot tres bien également avec des enfants. Excellent séjour que nous aurions aimé prolonger si nous n'avions pas deja réservé l'hôtel suivant

This stay exceeded every expectation. The room was beautifully appointed and calming. The breakfast and dinner offerings were incredible. Nothing beats dinner in the bistro with Alcudia bay as a backdrop and watching the sun set. The service from everyone in the team was flawless.

Carrossa Hotel & Spa is a breathtakingly beautiful resort in lovely Mallorca. You can expect outstanding service, phenomenal facilities and a carefully curated food & drinks menu. I simply couldn’t recommend it more. Perfect!

Sieben Jahre sind seit unserem letzten Besuch vergangen, und vieles hat sich zum noch Besseren verändert. Das riesige Areal ist grüner geworden und das zentrale Herrenhaus sowie die Villen haben sich organisch in die Landschaft eingefügt. Unser Zimmer im Haupthaus war wertig eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, absolut ruhig mit äusserst bequemen Betten. Die Restaurants, die Bar, der Pool, der Spa-Bereich konnten alle in einer Minute erreicht werden. Die bequemen Liegen und Cabañas am Pool luden zum Faulenzen ein und der Getränkeservice kam auf Knopfdruck. Das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot bei allen Mahlzeiten präsentierte sich vielfältig und schmackhaft. Hervorzuheben sind das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse des «Carrossa Restaurants», die wetterbedingt zum lichtdurchfluteten Wintergarten verwandelt werden kann, und die einen weiten Blick auf das riesige Areal von Carrossa eröffnet. Der Service war den Gästen auf herzliche Art zugetan, aufmerksam und ging gerne die «Extrameile». Preis/Leistung standen in einem sehr erfreulichen Verhältnis. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
