Very high standards
Very high standards of cleanliness and superb service.
The food was beautifully prepared and everything was top notch.
The pool area was very nice.
Take your own pool towels. They charge €3 per day - that was the only think I did not like.

Vacanza in famiglia e amici. Siamo stati benissimo, hotel con accesso diretto su una baia di acqua cristallina, buffet completo e abbondante, ottima cucina. Camere di discrete dimensioni con balcone, molto pulite. A ogni piano è presente un distributore di acqua fredda e calda gratuito con cui riempire le proprie bottiglie, davvero molto utile. Animazione soft, ping pong e biliardo. Servizio molto attento, tutto il personale è molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno messo a disposizione una camera di servizio gratuita per farci una doccia prima di andare in aeroporto, non abbiamo perso un giorno di mare! È stata una gran bella vacanza!

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Unser Zimmer (mit Verbindungstür) war leider sehr hellhörig und man konnte jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören.

Bel hôtel, bien tenu avec un personnel attentionné et disponible. Situation idéale, les pieds dans l'eau, une plage propre aux eaux turquoises dans une baie abritée et préservée du tourisme de masse. La restauration est correcte, buffets variés , grillades et paella différentes et excellentes tous les jours. Pour la pension complète, le repas du midi est servi par l'hôtel CASTEL ROYAL moins chaleureux. Le prix des boissons est cependant relativement excessif, 3.60 € pour une carafe de 70 cl d'eau filtrée. Pour une vue mer imprenable, privilégiez l'option étage supérieur car la vue des 3 premiers étages peut être obstruée par les pins. Le bus 424, à proximité immédiate, dessert en 30 minutes, les villes touristiques de CALA MILLOR et CALA RAJADA. Le centre ville de CANAMYEL est sommaire, mais offre une solution de dépannage. En résumé, une belle destination et un très bon hôtel. Je recommande.

Bel hôtel très bien situé, personnel très aimable et à l écoute. Nourriture bonne et variée. Service de chambre parfait. Agréable avec des enfants Animatrice géniale pour la mini disco. La musique s arrête à 22.30 ce qui est très bien si vous êtes là pour vous reposer A recommander
