Premier Inn Llantrisant hotel

Awful night sleep. Could not open the window. They are designed not to. Cost cutting. Must be like sleeping in a prison. If you choose another room, beware of the horrendous traffic noise. Worst breakfast ive ever had. Only Beefeater can dry up bake beans. Turn mushrooms into rubber. Fry eggs hard. Never seen eggs that small before. Still you can't eat them. Cheap sausages. Awful coffee out of a machine. Toast was great. Well i cooked it mysel. In all stay away.

Arrived straight away had to ask for the heating to be put on as room was extremely cold, Following this found room took sometime to warm up even though the staff must realize it was winter, Found Bed uncomfortable and was woken several times with other patron on floor above pacing around at 3am in morning Not a good hotel and very expensive advise can get better for money charged

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Always stay around this time of year visiting family. Would 100% be using again. Rooms have been updated since I’ve been, wonderful clean rooms. Stayed in a plus room really enjoyed my stay. Short walk to restaurant and local shops

Great location for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late and was glad to see them there offering a warm and welcome greeting. We were there for 5 nights and slept well every night. The restaurant and staff were great, and the food was good. My favourite budget hotel.

Hotel was excellent as usual, but the pub service was very poor. Supply issues meant the majority of our party could have the meal selected from the on line menu or what was on the menu on the table. We were left with only one feasible option which was ordered, only to be told they only had one option left. The attitude from two different serving staff was very poor, one even asking us what they should do is they can’t provide the food they are advertising, the other suggesting that e we should only expect beef in a beef eater 🤦‍♀️. After a long and tiring journey this was disappointing and reflected badly in the overnight stay we’d arranged through Premier Inn

Great hotel, the staff are very friendly. Very clean room, and a good size. The area was perfect for my gig in Cardiff. Very close to shops and food places (5 min walk) Looking forward to staying again as this was my 1st time. Great stay, couldn't fault it, for what I needed.
