Beautiful, cozy, beautiful and impeccable rooms. Highly recommended. Large and modern bathrooms, with appliances for the elderly who require them. Super well attended. Staff very concerned about serving passengers very well. It has a Restaurant in the front, called Cambalache, with meat and fish, all exquisite. You have a 20% discount on the entire Restaurant, because you are a passenger of the Hotel. You have the beach across the street. The breakfasts are fantastic!!

Un lugar espectacular, muy bien ubicado, cercano a los Saltos del Petrohué, volcán Osorno y Puerto Varas. Alojamos en un domo, muy cómodo, pensamos que pasaríamos frío pero no fue así. El personal, un 7. Tinaja exquisita. La única precaución en invierno es dejar la estufa a fuego bajo, ya que el calor se concentra muy fuerte en el segundo piso.
