The hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant.
The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food
was below par.
It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches.
But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.

The cabins were very old. The one we were assigned didn't have an intercom, the windows were bad, the shower cut out in half, the remote control had no batteries, was freezing, the bathroom leaked and the entire floor was wet, and several other issues. We had to move cabins. The other cabin was better, but they still felt very old. It takes a long time to change towels every four days if we're in a cold place; they never dry. The maid service in the cabin doesn't replenish shampoo, soap, or towels. You have to ask for everything. They should include that in the details. The place is beautiful and incredible, all its facilities and entertainment areas are very good, but the old and poorly maintained cabins ruin everything.

The pool water is almost cold, as the pool is heated and not tempered, so keep this in mind before coming. The changing rooms are very unkempt, only cold water in the showers. The lockers have no keys. Everything is in a terrible state, with lots of fungus.

Horrible experience, we went with my family and the bathroom was full of mushrooms. No heating, everything was old, we ate in the dining room with my husband and the service was also terrible, with no enthusiasm, we ordered a dish for two and the girl had no idea how to give me the information. We ordered a hake that had totally detestable hair. The staff never gave me a concrete answer. I just want to mention that the view is beautiful, waking up to that lake is a beautiful experience, for the rest, just keep the desire, better save those pesos.

Muy Buena la atención de restaurant, la comida exquisita y el personal de maravilla, solo que hay una señorita que se supone que se encarga de ver nuestros requerimientos, paulina creo que se llamaba y lo hizo pésimo!!! Le solicite ayuda con el WiFi me dijo que no estaba autorizada para dar esa información, luego al otro día estaba tomando desayuno y ella llega hablando muy fuerte a tempranas horas de la mañana y yo que tengo 55 años lo encuentro una falta de respeto, le hice los reclamos correspondientes y me paso un libro todo sucio para escribir, creo que fue la unica mala experiencia que tuve en mi estadia. De todas formas ella no opaca el hotel de maravilla.

Las áreas verdes son muy amplias, con hermosas vistas. El restaurant riquisimo. La amabilidad del personal Excelente! Las habitaciones del hotel con terraza y vista al lago muy lindo. Recomendado 100% para ir en familia o en pareja. Descanso asegurado. Me encanto así es que volveré de todas maneras.
