Staff did not know how to look up a reservation from *******. They were remodeling the whole property when we stayed. The people hanging around the area were sketchy at best. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Bed bugs found in the bed.

I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city.

Good, clean room. Quiet area. Room was recently renovated. TV didn’t work but I was too tired to complain.

Lonestar Inn is in the middle of a renovation. The room I was in was one of the newly renovated rooms. Very nice and clean and surprisingly quiet.
There were a couple of glitches: the phone and coffee machine didn't work. And there was a broken window.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
I would visit again.

Room was clean and comfortable , however the shower did not work. This was totally unacceptable for me. The water would not run in the shower or bathtub.

Was there for the Annual Crawfish Open and stayed two nights at Lone Star Inn. Check in was great, rooms were clean and the staff is wonderful. We have finally found a place to staff that is affordable and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year for this event and plan on coming back to staff this summer.

I called repeatedly to book a room and the person at the front desk could only give me an estimate because he didn’t work there. Our family has stayed at the motel numerous of times and loved it because of the location and cheap prices. But when I called, the non employee quoted me a very unfair price for the amenities. Sadly there is no way to book online and my favorite place to stay in the Hill country isn’t an option any longer.
