Tasty, Sunday dinner. Plenty of meat, ordered Beef and Chicken, loads of roast potatoes, parsnips, stuffing Yorkshire pudding, and mash, followed by cauliflower cheese, and a big bowl of mixed veg.very tasty, a great welcome from the staff. Would definitely return. Thank you

What a lovely pub and restaurant. We went with our 2 little dogs today. The food was absolutely gorgeous. I had Lamb steak which was the best lamb I've had in years and my husband had the beef steak which he also loved. Definitely worth a visit. Forgot to say all the staff were super friendly and very attentive. 💖

Room was basic but, had a really nice modern bathroom and even had a fridge in the room. (Which was very handy) Comfy bed and nice quiet location. Only downside was the TV had no signal and the WiFi kept dropping out so was almost impossible to watch anything. Luckily we weren't there just to watch programs but, would have been nice to have that option. Would definitely stay again.

What an absolute gem of a find. Welcomed the minute we walked in, as non regulars this goes a long way. We decided to call back in the evening on our way home from a day trip, and again a fantastic welcome. Was busy in the evening but the landlord took his time to say hello. Hope to return in the future.

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 dogs and went to the Lamb for a meal Friday evening. It was just a great experience! The Landlord was so attentive and accommodating and he had a great sense of humour - which is rare these days. The foods was excellent and the staff were great. So we decided to come back for Sunday lunch and as we expected - it did not disappoint. What a fabulous meal! Once again another great experience. Sadly we are not local but when we are in the area again - which we will be - we shall return. Fantastic place.

Wow! If you want a nice country pub with amazing food and outstanding service … come here! We came on a Saturday night as a group of 6. Varied menu, good portions and great taste! All the staff were friendly, polite and down to earth. We had such a lovely evening! Thank you!!!! We will be back!

Best pub food ever!!! Staying close by on a glamping holiday and found this pub whilst driving through! Walked in and asked for a table of 4. The gentleman behind the bar was so polite and very friendly very approachable! Well ordered bruschetta and a prawn cocktail starter outstanding plates were clean! Next the main lasagna and steak surf and turf homemade peppercorn sauce! The children had burger and chips, chicken goujons and chips it's the most they have ever eaten in a pub! The food was out of this world shame we are onky here for 2 days as cardiff is too long a drive every weekend 😂! We will be back tomorrow and everytime we are back these ways!!!

Craig made us feel welcome and able to offer us a super selection of basket meals, even though the kitchen was close to closing. The loaded fries were delicious. Very friendly , helpful, good food and so welcoming. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

Our ladies’ group had a wonderful time at this restaurant; the food was tantalising, freshly cooked and very tasty. The staff were extremely friendly. We all enjoyed our experience immensely and will be returning for sure.
