Disappointing. I currently have hip tendinopathy which makes it difficult to walk upstairs. The lift was broken. The room was very hot during the night. My husband and I woke up at about 3 in the morning for the first 2 nights because of it. The air conditioning only allowed a slight reduction. The windows do not open (by design). We mentioned the heat to reception on the morning of the 3rd and final night and were told they can control it from there. It was slightly cooler that evening, but not by much. All 3 nights we could hear someone walking about in the room above us, and whenever someone was in the corridor. The bed is very high and as a person of 5'6""/167 cm I had to climb up onto it. To shower I had to climb in over the bath and as a person of 65 and currently with hip tendinopathy this was very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Walk in showers are needed. I wouldn't be in a hurry to stay here again.

Great staff, family friendly. Great point base to visit Wales and take part in hiking alongside local activities a lot of choices for food close by being only a five minute drive from the Centre town. Overall great experience will definitely

Real value for money. Ideal location next to a Brewers Fayre pub. Spacious, clean room, comfy and great breakfast. A walk into town but OK. Free parking at the hotel, which I parentheses days! Friendly, helpful staff, thank you. A stopover onto somewhere else, but a restful stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, it was spotless clean and the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, i enjoyed eating in the Brewers Faye the foot was delicious, i would definitely recommend this hi and am looking forward to my next stay here.

Stayed here for a much needed break away from the crazy day to day! We both had a wonder Sleep and was thankful for the Soft pillow in the wardrobe. We had the meal deal which is fantastic deal, £26.99 for dinner bed and breakfast! The staff was all brilliant! We will 100% be back! Thank you.
