Hice una reserva que tuve que cancelar y una semana después ni contestan al WhatsApp, ni al email ni al teléfono y sigo esperando la devolución del dinero que les adelanté. Pensé que sería un sitio mejor pero con esta atención al cliente no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

No working internet. Paid for included breakfast consisted of only prepackaged roll, apple and drink box. Would have to have heated up water for instant coffee packet. Not as experienced at other hotels in Spain. Non working window shade and no black out curtains so had to go to bead with sleep mask on.

They only shared heating during the day. At night it was off and the room was very cold. This happened two days in a row.
