Me and my boyfriend had a great experience , the service was top notch the manager was really kind and helpful, room was neat and tidy too

We stayed for 3 nights in a lovely king size room. It was clean, cosy and comfortable with tea making facilities and ensuite shower room. Just a short walk to the beach and lake, and into the town. Easy parking at the back and friendly staff, especially the manager Sarosh. We liked the Cattle Co and St Ell's bay for food and drinks, Thank you for a delightful 3 day stay. We'd def stay again! Stayed here with family what a lovely place, rooms clean and well presented the manager Sorosh went out of his way to make us all feel welcome, we really had a great time staying at this hotel and will definitely be coming back thank you very much.

The king deluxe room we had was good. I don't know about the rest of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We were asked if all was well every time we saw staff and they were very friendly and willing to assist with requests. It is, on the whole, a hotel doing the best it can with a rather dated building. There is parking at the back of the hotel which is necessary as it's in residential area. We didn't have any food there so no comment on that. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from a very good Indian restaurant. You do need to be able to climb stairs. I can only speak for the best rooms which are very acceptable. Our room did not get serviced until the third night when we were asked if we wanted it to be done. As we were leaving the next day we didn't bother. There are no door hangers to ask for service as in other hotels. The staff are great and can't do enough.

One of the best stays I've had. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping was consistent every day. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Really impressed with their service and hospitality. Will definitely return.

Our family recently stayed at Hotel and we had a fantastic experience! From the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms, everything was perfect.
