My husband & I stayed from 07/09/26 for 2 nights. What a lovely place! Tom & David are so friendly & helpful, and a great sense of humour. We had room 11 on the top floor with a sea view. So clean & well equipped. It was so nice to sit on the chair in the room facing the sea and watching the world go by on the prom! Breakfast was excellent & well organised. You order the night before and everything is ready on your allocated breakfast table for you in the morning. Good parking on the prom outside, and free from 1600 to 1000. Use the Pay by Phone app to pay in-between (location 804461) or at the meter. The location is amazing on the prom, and close to the main shopping facilities too. As a guest, you can have 50% off a trip on the little road train which goes around the Orme - they own this too. That's a lovely trip! A really great stay, and highly recommend!

My room on the top floor has a fantastic view of the mountains. I asked for a mountain view not realising I'd be on the 3rd floor with 6 flights of stairs to climb and I'm running the half marathon tomorrow 😂 The room is beautiful, the bed was amazing, I slept through didn't wake up once. The TV has a great selection to watch if you're staying in. Or you can sit in the guest lounge which is very comfortable. There's an honesty bar to buy drinks and snacks from. I'm a vegan and often have to make do with a vegetarian breakfast minus the egg and black coffee. Here the breakfast was fully vegan. The dining room looks out over the promenade and you can sit in the window watching the waves abd the world go by. David the manager was really friendly as was Tom who cooked the breakfast. I was made very welcome, it was almost like being at home. I can't recommend this beautiful guest house enough and I will definitely be staying here again. It deserves 5*

Clean, lots of nice touches like biscotti with the beverage tray suitcase stand etc. Only restricted from maximum marks being the room was very hot and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy

Arrived before check in time and was informed by Ian that our rooms were ready and we could access our rooms .All 3 rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had to be ordered the day before which was fine, and Martine cooked me poached eggs which weren't on the menu .All in all a very enjoyable stay great banter with Ian, would stay again if they would have us.!!!!!!!

Very pleasant stay Great service from staff and nice little place. Only issue i can really think of is the floors are pretty creaky with it being an old building so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Didnt cause us any issues though.

I’d made a business reservation for a senior person attending the Welsh Labour Party Conference, confirmation on email was received. 6 days later the hotel contacted our travel company to say the guest had called them directly to cancel their reservation, this was not the case. Our travel company investigated further and when they eventually did speak to the hotel they was told, we do not take one night reservations and consequently send a cancellation for the booking. So a booking confirmation means nothing to this hotel, whether by a third party or not, I believe they purely wanted to accept a booking that would generate more income and decided to just cancelled the own I’d made - and small businesses want support, will happily do so but never with this hotel.
