Good place to stay before climbing Snowdonia - fuelled up with the breakfast and right by one of the paths. Felt the room was slightly overpriced for the size (single room).

The room is very cozy, the facilities are not too new but they are all good. There is a meadow outside the room window, and the view is great. There are kettles, tea cups, coffee, etc., which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in the Snowdon Mountain Scenic Area, about 100 meters away is the Snowdon Mountain Train Station, which is very convenient. The hotel has a large parking lot with free parking. The room is average, relatively small, but clean and hygienic.

With such friendly and helpful staff (especially reception) this is a 5* review as the six of us really enjoyed our two night stay here for a family birthday. Very busy as we hadn't appreciated the international Snowdon Race was being held when booking, but that added to the party atmosphere even if getting a seat for supper the first evening was difficult with queues at the bar. We had booked the restaurant fortunately for the Saturday night after climbing Snowdon. Rooms and beds comfortable and clean. Good breakfast even if the poached egg never arrived noting the very good bacon. Visiting the castle in the grounds a bonus before leaving for home. Very close to the SMR if you're using that and also the Llanberis Railway - we enjoyed the narrow gauge rail round Llyn Padarn.

Centrally located with beautiful grounds, convenient to access most places within Snowdonia. The hotel looks dated but is charming in its own way. The room was simple but nothing to dislike. The food in the bar/ restaurant is quite good, tasty and not overpriced. Service was a bit slow but friendly. The highlight of staying here is the lovely castle ruins located in the back of the hotel, overlooking a lake. Enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel, easily accessible from the Llanberis bus interchange and within walking distance of all the main sights in Llanberis. Lovely room with good warm shower, nice views and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel when we visited Snowdon the hotel is very friendly the staff are all very professional, the room was clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable, this is the second stay at Royal Victoria I’m sure we will return, the breakfast is a feast so much choice and you can have whatever you wish it’s fabulous, Highly recommend this hotel

Lovely big hotel with loads of facilities. Would stay there again. Beautiful views from bedroom window, breakfast lovely with great breakfast room and gardens. The only place to stay in Llanberis if you want great scenery. The staff were very friendly.
