Dol Peris

Stayed mid week while doing a course, was upgraded to a double room with an ensuite bathroom, the room was light/airy, clean and comfortable, the facilities onsite were perfect for preparing my evening meals and unwinding in the evening, a selection of books and games were available if that's your thing, basics in the kitchen were provided and welcome after the drive. I will be coming back again when time allows

Perfect stay at our favourite accommodation (Jojo's first time-but it is her favourite now)!!! Lisa and Phil are amazing hosts-and everything is well thought out for a stay in Eryri (Snowdonia), comfortable beds, inside is always warm, everything is immaculate and well thought out. Location cannot be any better-mountains, middle of Llanberis and launchpad to everything that's good in the area. We comments on how ell priced it is-CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!!! BW Jojo and David

Well equipped and spacious self-catering kitchen, with plenty of dining and relaxing space. The guest house maintains its original features and it is maintained to a very high standard. It has some lovely touches (like all the rooms are named after local peaks and their names hand painted onto the doors, and all the toiletries are eco-friendly). I would definitely stay again on my own, or in small or large groups and all of Llanberis is on your doorstep, plus plenty of parking in the private grounds in front of the house.

We stayed at Dol Peris for a week, and it was perfectly lovely. The hosts are so helpful with everything, and they are full of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We had a big bedroom on the top floor, and everything was clean and tidy, and the beds are super comfy. We highly recommend staying here when visiting the beautiful Llanberis.

I stayed here for a total of four nights with a camping trip in the middle SO stayed in two different rooms. Both were really well appointed. The kitchen, dining, lounge areas were welcoming and superbly clean. Everything was available for the self catering guest. A dry room was also available. Lisa was especially helpful and friendly and I am already looking forward to a return visit later this year.

After an afternoons walk on Snowdon our party of 8 checked into the Dol Peris around 7.45pm. Greeted by the friendly owners who took the time to let us know about the area and where to go with our entourage of kids! The rooms were very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. No TV's in the rooms or common areas meant we could actually engage our kids, play games, play the piano, sing and talk!! What a treat and the kids seemed to be very relaxed not even bothered by their electronic devices or the available wifi. The self catering facilities were excellent with access to a shop literally next door. 10 minute drive to pen-y-pass car park for walking Snowdon and surrounding mountains. All in all, incredible value for money, friendly owners, great stay!! I would make the effort to stay at the Dol Peris again even if I was visiting places further afield! Thank you!!
