With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

The service of housekeeper Li Sipeng is very warm and considerate. Everything is arranged properly. The aunt and the staff are also very kind, polite and enthusiastic. In the resort, every place you go, the hardware and software are excellent, both professional and humane. Recommendation: After swimming, take a bath, it feels great, health and beauty. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, be embraced by the vitamin C sunshine during the day, and bring the freshness of the bamboo forest from time to time. In the evening, you will be immersed in the surrounding halo of the sunset, accompanied by the chirping of insects and birds. It is a good relaxation and healing for the mind and body. At night, the soft night view of the hotel is matched with the romantic and clear starry sky, the sound of the wind blowing the bamboo forest, and you fall asleep beautifully. The free-range chicken in the hotel's own restaurant is delicious, healthy and nourishing, and the quantity is sufficient. The buffet breakfast is complete in Chinese and Western varieties, and you don’t need to eat lunch after eating. There are many gourmet restaurants within a few minutes’ walk nearby, with reasonable prices and authentic dishes. There are sloping trails in the hotel, which is a good choice for digestion and leisurely strolls after meals. In summary, this is a rare holiday destination, away from the city, to relax. It takes less than 3 hours to drive from Shanghai, which is convenient and worry-free. Compared with other homestays including five-star hotels, Zhuxi Valley ranks first in my heart, with a high cost-effectiveness, and it is worth the consumption. I am busy at work and have to take time off to recuperate. Such a hotel with excellent service and environmental facilities is worthy of my precious vacation. In the evening, we went to the Royal Water Hot Spring. We went in and out of the room many times. We contacted the housekeeper Miss Ziyi to arrange a car to pick us up. The speed was very fast and responsive. It was really comfortable to take a bath in the Royal Water Hot Spring. When we came back, we saw the bedding prepared for us in the room. The luggage was delivered early and the scented tea was delivered. I really think this housekeeper is so considerate and the service is so good. I was crazy about it again. After the hot spring, we caught up with the dinner provided in the set meal. It was all arranged by the housekeeper. We went to eat directly. There was a large table of dishes, and each one was delicious, especially the local black rice in Liyang, which was super soft and delicious. When we were ready to leave, we bought some more at the hotel for our family. Aunt Zhang in the restaurant also had both emotional intelligence and service. The room is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor hot springs for soaking at any time! I saw Zhuxigu Hotel in Yushui Hot Spring three years ago, and I accidentally saw it again three years later. I saw that it was still a pet-friendly hotel. I immediately made an appointment with my family to check in during the National Day holiday. When I drove to the parking lot, there was a hotel staff to greet us. Our housekeeper was Wu Jiayu, who was very easy to communicate with, provided good service, and responded very promptly. If there was anything, just tell us on WeChat. Cakes were also prepared for my family's birthday. The toiletries in the room were Ferragamo. The swimming pool in the room could no longer be used in this season, but the hotel's heated swimming pool was really comfortable. The private bath in the room can be opened from 10 am to 10 pm. The villa rooms are all on the roadside and can be reached by car. There is no need to take the elevator. The breakfast category is also quite rich. Overall, it is very good. I will bring my baby to stay next time.

The hotel is very beautiful. I took the whole family to play during the National Day holiday. The biggest feature of this hotel is that each room is equipped with an exclusive butler. Our butler Song Likun was very considerate. He contacted me early and told me the precautions. During the 4 days in the hotel, he responded to every request and solved the guests' problems within 3 minutes. I will come again next time.
