環境非常安靜舒適，房間也很寬敞。但是接駁車的數量很少，兩間的房客同時要車，我們去温泉，另一家回房間，同時等待，但為什麼選擇先送回房間，讓我們再繼續等待下一輛？也沒有一開始就説這車是送回房間叫的，而是先詢問我們各自去哪再選擇的，那為什麼不是先送我們去温泉呢？而且還有別人坐了我們叫的接駁車走了，然後説再給我們叫一輛？那為什麼不能來兩輛車？或者我們也不是不容易拼車。這一天就一直在等接駁車。

一整個山谷，坐落50幢獨立別墅，空氣清新，風景迷人。有幾種房型，房間有獨立泳池，二層陽台還有躺椅和桌子，甚至載重了綠植…每個房間還有一塊石頭雕刻出來的浴缸，温泉水從山下引入每棟房間。到房間是坐接駁車的，酒店吃飯有單獨一棟建築，還有一個綜合活動中心，配有恆温泳池，小孩去活動中心做了手工陶藝。
配備24小時管家，幾乎隨叫隨到，感謝我的管家孔南女士的服務，很貼心，好幾次先我想到了後面的安排。酒店員工都很熱情，我站在門口等車，有位阿姨路過就問我們是不是沒帶鑰匙，怕我們冷hh
全屋地暖，歡迎水果，筆墨紙硯文房四寶…我覺得酒店宣傳沒到位，比酒店宣傳要好，不論是景色和房屋設備。
酒店還送了兩頓正餐，南山竹海門票，御水温泉票…
夏天來消暑會更好，冬天冷房間單獨泳池浪費了，真的很不錯。

This was a family trip during the Spring Festival. We chose Zhuxi Valley because of the private hot spring and pet-friendly hotel. The hotel environment is super good, very suitable for family vacations. It is worth mentioning that although the main meal is free with the room, the taste is better than expected, and the amount of food is also very suitable. The housekeeper Li Sipeng worked hard during the service. Although he was busy at work during the Spring Festival, he was able to meet all our requirements. I will definitely choose Zhuxi Valley Hotel next time if I have the chance.
