非常滿意的一次出行，山裡空氣很好，房間也很暖和，有專業的人幫準備温泉水，衞生細節都很精緻，吳佳雨管家也很貼心，每次用車子都很準時過來餐食也為我們協調的很好，天氣暖和一些還會過來。

一直關注的酒店，這次抽空去體驗下。首先酒店是管家式服務，對接的張欣蕾美女服務態度很好、考慮周到；酒店環境沒得説，在竹林中間、環境很好，夏天的話竹林應該更翠綠、體驗更好；房間很大配套齊全；就是中央空調噪音略大（家人對睡眠靜謐度要求較高）。離南山竹海很近，全程出行（温泉、餐廳、竹海）需要和管家對接酒店內的旅行車。總體體驗不錯！
