是一層的平墅，4個房間，其中3間是3張大床，還有1間是一張小床。KTV的音響效果挺好，有自動麻將桌。入住有送水果和小零食。適合幾家人聚會，天氣好的話可以在院子裏燒烤。

房間整體很舒適配置高端大氣，適合家庭朋友出遊，房間8808真的很大氣，有小院子，適合姐妹飲茶暢談拍照，地下室有KTV和棋牌室，而且棋牌室的景觀非常不錯，在地下一點也不壓抑，有一種天井的通透感，竟然帶有莫名的雅緻感，整體環境很舒適，當時我是團建預訂的，同事老闆都很滿意。
地理位置也比較好找，停車便利，離涵田温泉和天目湖草原都比較近。

正如房名 婷婷馨院 很温馨 房主是個很熱情的阿姨 訂房後主動聯繫我們 瞭解了下入住人員 提前購買相關住宿必備品
空間很大 配套KTV 茶室等等 我們一家六口 兩對長者 還有我倆 4個房間也夠住了 小院3層樓 採光很好 別墅裏面收拾得也很乾凈 還提供早餐 阿姨還炒了小菜 煮了粥送過來
對本次住宿大家都表示很滿意！
